I just stayed one night in Panama City (about 12 hours) before heading out to Colombia. First time visitor, but read enough to know it was either Veneto's or Habano's. I have done just about every touristy thing from the canal and monkey island to biking the causeway, the metro, the mall, etc. I was curious if there were any good spots for daytime mongering? I have rtff and it seems maybe Red Lion. I'm not too enthusiastic about the MPs.

Of course, there is a right way and a wrong way to initiate it. Often they will say something like 'Algo más que pueda hacer para Ud?' or something similar, to indicate they are open to suggestions. There is nothing inherently offensive in 'hitting on' blue collar workers, if done respectfully and if you can take 'no' for an answer. Daytime hobbying is very difficult if you want action in your own hotel room. Even after getting phone numbers I found less than half the chicas willing to show up before 7 PM. At Veneto there are two unattractive older chicas working days. They have always been there for the last couple years I've been visiting P.C.
