Gearing up for my first Colombia trip as my friends say I need to give thailand a break haha. So a newbie buddy from South Florida is joining me who claims an ex co-worker (Yada Yada Yada LOL) told him about some casa in Colombia that draws your blood and once determined disease free you can proceed on barebacking the girls of the house. I told him I highly doubt there is such a thing, but I've learned to never say never.

Yes, I get stds have an incubation period.

Yes, I agree that it would still be risky for both sides.

Yes, I am expecting some GTFO responses.

Yes, I would most likely partake in something like thsi if it was on the table LOL.

Any of you heard of any of this?

In the last 14 years I have fucked like 100 normal chicks in Colombia and only 2 that I can remember have insisted on a condom. So if you are so in need of BB just find a regular chick instead of a hooker.

After spending the last 20 years travelling Asia and Africa, I have decided the give south America a go. I have wanted to travel there for years but always put it off due to my lack of Spanish (which iam currently learning). After numerous YouTube video and alot of excellent posts of this forum I have decided to try Colombia first.

Will spend a month, first stop Santa Fe Bogota, maybe 2 other stops like Pereira, and Medellin.

First question I won't have the time of work until January, is this a good time to visit I read it's high tourist season. Places like Thailand I always avoided in high season, to much competition and the prices increases everywhere is Colombia the same?

Also from all the trip reports I have read the scene is more on a st basis, which I normally prefer, however now and again I do like LT is this and option, if so do you have to use site like tinder.

More the huge influx of tourist especially around Christmas. Not saying I still did not have a great time, however I still preferred May. November.

The other thing to remember is Bogota is cool year round. It will be cooler in January.

I do not know where you live and if you are used to cool temps at night. If you read the forum, you will find posts complaining about lack of heating, no blankets etc.
Pack clothing based on your personal tolerance.

If, and it's a big if, unless you're in a casa, the girl has a condom, it will be the cheapest brand and thick. Some places provide condoms, some places sell them at an inflated price, and they'll almost always be generics.

If you have a preferred brand, bring it, because it's unlikely you'll find it in Colombia. Always carry 1 or 2 with you and you won't have a problem.

If you know there is shit you need, if you know there is shit you like and prefer, then BRING IT WITH YOU! When you check into one of those ST rooms in Santa Fe or go upstairs at some of the strip clubs, they charge you extra for the condom. I show them that I have my own and give them their cheap ass tight shit back.

I just wanted to know if I could buy a bunch at a pharmacy there easily and if the brands are recognizable. I should have been more specific in my original post so that's on me. I don't have a preference in terms of kind, just a decent brand or I'd buy it from here.

Can anyone recommend a relaxing beach resort. From what I've read of Cartagena, there would be too many hawkers and hustlers for my liking. TIA.

It is down the west coast from Cartegena. It's a rather quaint area and very relaxing. I stayed at Centro Vacacional Camino Verde. Nice beach and rooms, but not much else.
