Here is my full report on what I learned about Nairobi spas I visited. There are many more I never got to. I got pretty deep into the Westlands options, and somewhat in CBD. Just scratched the surface in Kilimani.

Finding them: I used the search tool here and I used search for "spa" or "massage" on google maps. I also used some billboard ads with some success. And some I just noticed while walking around.

Girl quality. Mind you I am perfectly fine with a 5 or 6 face, as long as they are young and fit. Most of the encounters were within this category. There were a few outliers (prettier, uglier, older or thicker without blatant obesity).

Approach. I just used the technique that one poster here shared. It was in my notes, but sorry, no name so I can't give a shout out. "State what you want up front in the room (FS). State you understand house policy is no FS but be firm on what you want / be ready to walk out or get another girl / explain that you had FS from a girl here in the past. Bring a condom. This place has an upscale vibe, upscale website, has a lot of packages and probably serves a broad array of clientele. Some cute providers but plenty of fugly ones too. Jane seemed very intelligent and modern. Had some travel under her belt. I could see hanging with her doing day activities. Definitely can hold a conversation. Excellent massage hitting all the spots. Then she dropped the 20 K for full service bomb on me. Couldn't do that. If I weren't squeezing action into a tight window, I'd be more willing to play hardball and walk if needed. As it is I paid 1/4th what I would in US and honestly can't even get this quality service there. There is simply no option to get a clean, young, fresh AA woman to give this experience as a monger. Some other thoughts:
