now, i have no idea what went on. maybe someone can shed some light on this. but it was weird. and also a little scary, at least to me.

There are some 4-5 stars I have stayed at where the security guard has held the elevator for me (48 years old) and my 24 year old girlfriend. We do not look like a pair. The hilton after 10 goes full alert.

I have been dating a 25 year old massage girl for the last year when I come to shanghai. I think it is now over and I plan to write a report. I am not there yet. She wanted to marry me. Anyway, here are some things I picked up that some of you may find interesting. Many of you will say"no kidding" She worked a hotel massage places cause the money was betteras you will see.
1. Hotels make the girls pay a security deposit when they start. This deposit is incase they screw up they lose it. It can range from 500rmb to 8000 RMB.
2. Many of the hotel massage spas in house do a 80/20 (or 60/40) cut on the base massage with the girls. They are encouraged to get you to take a 2 hour massage. If they don't some hotels make them pay for the second hour. (the girls!). One hotel actuall makes some girl they pay 60 / rmb an massage to come up with 680 rmb for the lost massage! Tell me the spa's don't know what is going on in there.
3. Hotels massage girls can get customer's to pay anywhere from 500-1500 EXTRA for a HJ. These are stupid laoweis that all ready paid the 680. I guess they fear the 200rmb places or are just real horny.
4. Some places actually expect a cut of the girls "HJ tip".40% to 60% is possible. Some of the girls obviously keep some but have to claim the tip somewhat or the hotel will know she is skimming.
5. Some hotel massage girls make a kiling. 20, 000 to 25, 000 rmb a month is possible. This is just the HJ girls. The BJ girls get more. They need to be somewhere like longemont or Renaissance to pull this off. Not all the 5 stars will do this, but it is amazing to me how many do.
7- before she worked at hotels, she worked at a MP. Which is where we met. She would get 100rmb per massage for a 350rmb one hour massage with HJ included. You obviously got to slap a lot of monkeys to make a living at that rate.
