Under and in terms of the Laws currently in force in Sri Lanka.

1. Prostitution is not an Illegal Activity. Therefore You are not committing any offence.

2. Running a Brothel is Illegal, Under and interms of the Brothels Ordinance of Sri Lanka.

Now, the only person who can be arrested at a "Spa" is the owner. Even the Women who work their cannot be arrested under the Brothels Ordinance. They are produced in court under a different Act. Sometime the Police resort to an arrest under the Vagrants Ordinance as well as some other antiquated laws.

Where you are concerned, the Police cannot do anything to you. They cannot arrest you or produce you in court. Even if they produce you in court (very unlikely, in fact extremely unlikely) as a material witness, no police report will ever reflect that. Police Clearance Reports will never be able to include details of you being used by the state as a witness.

Therefore never be worried about a Police raid. HA ha ha stay clam, smile tell the Police you have no idea what's going on you came here for a massage the end. Even if you end up with your pants down, the Police won't bother. If they try to ask for a bribe, say you are not going to pay one on any account you know your rights.

You can speak to a lawyer, if you need more clarity on the topic. One of our posted about this whole issue once before in details with Articles and Supreme Court Judgements.

I used go there couple of times when the service was offerred at 2000. I used to tip the girls too. I happened to be there the week after this rule was introduced. I paid 2000 and selected a girl. They know they can getaway with a sloppy job. If the owners want to increase the price they have to tell it directly rather than saying BS like these. I still find places that offer service for 2000 and I will stick to those.

The new rule is on both Arovin and Ronash. This is a simple trick to extract more cash. Girls demand an additional tip to give access. They say tip is for massage and HJ. If they have to give access its 2000 more to get the top down and bottom raised up, if you are willing to pay 3000 the complete naked girl will be there doing the HJ. But HJ only northing else. All rooms are monitored with cameras. Not worth the money.
