When I first heard about Cartagena Secret Service Prostitute Scandal everyone who knows I go there started calling me and having a laugh, I told them that the women are so beautiful in Cartagena that those straight laced Secret Service Agents couldn`t resist. That the Secret Service people never do hookers anywhere they go but just like me they couldn`t help themselves in Cartagena. I took it as a compliment that where I go is so great even these guys couldn`t resist the temptation of taking a hot paisa working girl home.

But I knew better, and as more and more details come out it`s obvious that these guys all 11 of them including the idiot that made the scene over money with the working girl were mongers. I guarantee that these guys every last one of them didn`t cross the line that night for their very first times. I`ve seen American Embassy guys in Electra, I`ve seen tons of service men in LDV when their boats were in port, all these guys are connected with all the branches of the military, who hasn`t seen sailors in every sex tourist destination in the world? I was watching an ex Secret Service guy on CNN tell Soledad O'brian that I know these guys and their families are devastated that these guys could fall to temptation and disgrace the secret service and dishonour their wives and families. He looked like a monger too.

What happened at the Caribe that night is that some Secret Service agent brought home your typical Colombian Hooker who by her very nature is WAY smarter than any other hooker in the world and he treated her like a Costa Rican or a Thai hooker and was convinced that she'd accept his measly $100 or whatever he thought they had originally agreed upon and he even made a scene trying to bully her into not ripping him-off. And she didn`t back down because she`s your typical Colombian Hooker who`s way smarter than all other types of hooker nationalities and even though $100 is a lot of money in Colombia it isn`t no where near the big score that a Colombian working girl dreams about fleecing from a dumb gringo. A dumb gringo who`s somehow associated with the American government staying at the Caribe and somehow associated with the president`s visit? You can imagine those 11 guys walking into the Pley Club. She was planning on spending the million pesos or more she was going to get out of him long before she ever got into the Caribe Hotel room with a Secret Service Agent who let all this get out of hand. She may not have known that he was Secret Service but she sure as hell could tell that this dumb gringo would never want to have a denuncia in the fiscalia.

Cartagena and Colombia have beautiful hookers but they ain't stupid they`re really smart and that`s why going there is so expensive, so stay away.

According to NBC News, two agents tag teamed the prostitute but instead of paying her per penis fee of approximately $50 each they insisted on splitting the fee between them. The police have since been directed by USA authorities not to comment on that night or the scandal surrounding the Secret Service, according to a senior police official in Cartagena.

Prostitution is legal in Colombia and the women who work at the Pley Club live on the premises.

The club, located on a dusty street in the industrial Bosque neighborhood, just blocks from the port, has a rough exterior but boasts plush "pley rooms" inside.

The Pley Club is a well-known brothel in this historic city. Some taxi drivers in the resort-town are paid a commission for recommending the club and its prostitutes to tourists.

The officials were in Cartagena on assignment ahead of the president's visit for the Summit of the Americas last weekend.

The controversy surrounding the officials' misconduct, however, overshadowed the summit last week and local residents are questioning why the city put so many resources into the international event only to be left with a tarnished reputation.

"Cartagena didn't benefit one cent from President Obama's visit. All people remember are that the Secret Service agents slept with our prostitutes," said a man who works in the neighborhood."

I am sick and tired of two different set of rules. If you look like foreign born American or Canadian these idiots at the Immigration start asking all weird question over and over. Last when they took me in for a 4 hour interview I just in the end told them straight up I went to Colombia to have a good time. I spent more then what you make in two months.

Next question they asked me is how much I paid in taxes last year. I told them it was none of their business as I am a Canadian travelling through USA to catch my next flight. All they tried to do is get me to miss my connecting flight. Therefore from that point onwards I personally avoid travelling through USA.

Thanks to Copa Airlines I get to fly at a reasonable ticket cost as well flying Toronto to Panama and then Panama direct to Medellin.

If it is true, as alleged, that 21 prostitutes may have been involved, there is more to investigate. Why did the National Security Agency fail to detect all the cell chatter that must have been going on?

According to the news, a number of the agents are denying that they knew there girl was a prostitute. I really doubt that the agents could have pulled 21 girls all from the same club. Stands to reason to me that some must have met on or near the hotel. My point is that my original argument of an agent believing he found himself a freebie will probably hold true. Its easy for guys like us to know the reality of a situation but not necessarily for men have never used prostitutes or are not at all familiar with the natives.
