Song Jiang is the closest major north / south cross street. It's west from there on Minquan at next traffic light with electronic store next door. I'd suggest a taxi.

When you go, remember who you met, and be kind to submit a report. Girls have changed there quite a bit and recent info always good. I recommend #1 personally.

I mean, I know I am new to this forum and this board, so I don't really want to sound condescending or something.

But, I really highly recommend that you guys change all the P4P places names into 繁39636;20013;25991;Traditional Chinese characters or at least 拼38899;PinYin, which at least pronounce more like the Saunas' or Massage Parlors' Mandarin Chinese names more.

Because when I was reading this board, I really had a hard time comprehending the names of the Sauna or Massage Parlors you guys are talking about.

'Caesar Sauna' has changed its name into a new one (in Chinese) long time ago, and that's why I spent almost an hour search for Caesar and only to find the so-called Caesar is the one I've been known already.

The same situations applies on your so-called 'Minquan Blue'. That's a completely weird name. However, thank God, I found it finally. And as I said, its Chinese name has nothing to do with Minquan or Blue. Minquan is the name of the road.

Did you guys make up nicknames for these P4P places deliberately?

I mean, should I post a new post about the correct name of these two P4P places and their addresses in Traditional Chinese, so that it's easier for some of the guys here to take a photo of them and show the name&address to the Taxi driver?

And a look back at the history on Ceasars and Minquan Blue can show the address pretty quick. But as you found, Ceasars is on the corner of the don't-Hwa / Nanjing intersection - 15th floor of the Mall that now Breeze, formerly Momo, formerly Asia World, etc. The only thing there that stays the same is Ceasars! When the elevator doors open, there in big letters above the counter greeting you is the name. Wait for it. Ceasars.

But for your information, 'Ceasars' is called 'Ya-Tai'20126;22826 in Mandarin Chinese on the signboard outside of the building. 'Minquan Blue' is called 'Tai-Zhi-Lian'27888;33437;25088 in Mandarin Chinese on the signboard outside of the building.

If any mongers / punters want to take a taxi there, the taxi driver probably only know about the Chinese name on te signboard of the P4P places.

Believe me, only few taxi drivers in Taipei speak basic English, and maybe only a handful of them will understand that 'Ceasars Sauna=Ya-Tai Sauna'.

And, maybe you guys have noticed it, we Taiwanese people like to make up lots of English nicknames for almost everything.

For example, people from all over the world always introduce themselves by their real name / birth name.

But Taiwanese people will introduce ourselves by our English nickname.

"Hi, I am Jack Chen. " "Hi, my name is Judy Wang. ". etc.

I got one as well, which is Jon, named by a teacher at school, against my will. (I used to think that if others just want to name me by a random name so that they can call&remember me faster, why don't they just call me A, B, C, or X).

Haha, anyway, now, I just see it as an interesting nickname.

The same reason applies to those shop names.

Almost all Taiwanese locals call it 'Ya-Tai San-Wen-Nuan'.

(Ya-Tai is the Chinese name; San-Wen-Nuan means Sauna).

It's a Taiwanese thing. I cannot fully explain this, but I think it is a result of Taiwan being deeply affected by the USA In the past.

Anyway, for mongers / punters who are totally foreign in Taipei, the only thing that is important is that you make sure you have the address translated into Traditional Chinese Characters (ask the hotel staff for this favor) down on a paper, and keep it with you. Then, you're be fine no matter what transportation you take.

So, I went to minquan blue this afternoon. And pick #1.

Massage was so bad, even back body only took 20 minutes. Then flip over face up.

Short story then she offer HJ for 1,000 ; take off her clothes for 2,000 and FS for 4,000.

Then I pick FS option. With mechanical technic and really not reccomended.

All session just run for 45 minutes, stay away from #1 or maybe I have no luck.

BTW, my opinion is: I don't really reccomend this place since the girl always short on time, better go somewhere else.

Which one you can get cheaper and better service.

Price in here is: 1,200 for shiatsu and 1,500 for oil massage.

I'm really sure you can get cheaper price and better service in somewhere else, I'm very dissapointed.

At 75 Minchuan There is an indonesian girl that I believe is #23 that you can try. She used to be 2,500 for F. S. I have not tried her in a while. She gives a good massage. Also #22 gives good service. She is from Vietnam.

Although still relatively cheap than here in US, still kind of hard to accept when it use to be 500. Guess I'll have to go through forums for other spots now or just randomly look for one and hope for the best.
