Could it be because I am usually over twice their age? Unattractive or ugly in their estimation? Difference in cultures? Different ways of kissing?

I doubt it is that I pay them so much more than their usual ST rate.

Western romances starts with kissing and proceeds step by step till she lets you into her pants. Even here there are girls who kiss the moment you are together and ends up in sex quickly. Asian girls are culturally not into kissing. Public affectionate kissing is not in their culture. Sex is mainly take your undergarments, stick it in, and once the guy is done it is over. I did some research, amphetamine-like drugs such as Ritalin and Adderall aren't readily available in Thailand, even from my usual pharmacy in Patpong where they do have Ambien etc. I guess this is too controlled due to the yaba epidemic. Correct me if I'm wrong and let me know if you have a source.

As an alternative, I've thought about looking for Provigil (Modafinil). Is that available somewhere in BKK?

Failing that, does anyone have experience importing the above into the country (purchasing on online pharmacies)?

This is the general thread and there are many guys who live in BKK who can be helpful on different issues. Every forum has a 'general' thread where whatever off topic chit-chat is posted, this is ours.
