I don't think it is as much of a scam if they ask you, "Can I have a Tequila and Coke?" If you nod yes, well, you just agreed to buy her two LadyDrinks at once. But it is still a bit of a scam because they are hoping you will assume a Tequila and Coke is some kind of cocktail, like Rum and Coke, that is very popular with Thai girls. LOL. However, if she asks, "Buy me a drink?" and you say yes and she orders those two drinks speaking in Thai to the server or the noise level is so high nobody could be expected to hear the order or if those two drinks just show up by unspoken understanding and agreement between the girl and the server, then you have definitely been outright scammed and should demand one drink be taken off the bill.

I just said it is a little too much hassle, sorry I come back in a few weeks when they stop testing. I assumed they had a limited staff so didn't want to ATK and waste 10 minutes only to walk out 1 minute after seeing a much reduced lineup.

Next stop is Biwa Cafe about 5 minutes in a taxi further along New Petchaburi Rd. The car park was packed with maybe 50 cars and once inside there was about 10 girls in evening dresses sitting in the fish bowl. Quality was very low rent as was the place. The only positive was no ATK.

Went across the road to Nancy which I believe has the same owner as Colonize. The car park was kind of empty and the feel of the place a little underwhelming so I again headed out when they insisted on an ATK for 100 THB.

I believe the soapies were allowed to open July 01. This would be the first time in just over 2 years. So I am assuming they will ATK for a week or two longer and then that will fall away. I will do a proper soapy run when they do away with the ATK and the places are up and running properly. Black label most likely refers to Black Caviar, a very high end place up on Ratchadaphisek Road. The same road that has 10 or 15 soapies more or less walking distance from each other in between MRT Huay Kwang and MRT Thailand Cultural Center.

An initial thought shared by others for why is the younger girls are less educated while older ladies know better. After that oversight I learned my lesson and I from then on I make sure the bathroom and bedroom are clean of all female paraphernalia before I bring another one in. However, it should be noted that some girls do not care. It is a job to them and they don't care what you did before they arrive on the scene. But generally it is best to clean up the room.
