Well I don't know Nampa or Tokyo fun or their nationalities, I'm European and yes, white. I have found that J chicks are easy to pick up in the proper situations and settings. Living in japan for many years, you learn to know when your chances are better at scoring. Chatting up a girl on the street or the train is going to be a very low chance of you scoring. But it does happen, the key is to realize that everyone, around you is watching you and the girl does not want to stand out and thus will shy away. Correct. Japanese are basically racist especially towads other Asian races. So non whites do have a dissadvantage when picking up Japanese ladies. I didn't make the rules, I just call it like I see it.

What are your chances? I have no idea. How old are you? How is your physical appearance? How is your Japanese? Your personality? If you have most of these things going for you, you should do well in Japan regardless of your nationality, if not, then you'll probably need to call one of the escort agencies, but I think that fact is basically universal and not unique to Japan.
