The only ones I've been to were in the West but this doesn't mean there aren't any near Mitte.

The ones that come to mind are Cascade and Monis (there are several with this name).

The public transport system is excellent and you should have no problems getting from one part of town to another.

All I can say is that you really need to be into sleaze to want to go and your standards have to be pretty low as they are typically dark and filthy and the women would not meet minimum appearance requirements elsewhere (hence the low lighting levels).

I'm not sure but my guess is that since the Ukraine Visa Scandal about 1.5 years ago German authorities and especially embassies made it much more difficult for people from Non-EU countries to travel to the EU. Especially young Eastern European women are targeted because prostitution is to be condemned..!! Also for new EU states Bulgaria and Romania there are rules that people from those states may not travel easily to the other EU states, not even for touristic or education purposes.

I have also experienced a recent drop in "supply" in much of West German areas, indeed in the last 1-2 years, which makes me suspect that the Visa issue is the main reason.

Another reason might be that many Russian and Ukrainian girls nowadays got to places like Dubai or elsewhere in the near and middle-east. Even in some places in Asia, as they can travel Visa free (or easily) and find many grateful customers in those countries...!!!

Before you could get beautiful girls, I mean top models that would do anything you want for a pretty good price. It was even cheaper before the Euro came. I remember the normal rate were about 100 DM before the Euro (one hour escort), and overnight it then cost 100 Euro which is almost twice a much. But I didn't care because I still thougt it were cheap for the quality I got. I am a little surprised that it wasnt more talk about Berlin back then, I didn't see much action here then it should because I can't think of any better place. Now we have to enjoy other things when we are in Berlin, its still a nice city:) Or go to Artemis. That is the place now.
