I was once in Jaragua just a month after it reopened. I checked in a girl but I rented a room for 2. She is a lawyer and spent 3 nights with me. It was a great girl friendly experience. I can bet you till my bottom dollar that Jaragua is chica friendly. Napolitano Jaragua (renaissance) Sheraton and Crowne plaza are all on same price range. But Jaragua has the best rooms and amenities by far. I would be arriving on April 19 in Santo Domingo. You can private message me and we can meet up for a beer.

It is right there in the corner on the second floor of the building in the picture. If you put Mapfre 27 de Feb into your GPS, it will be right across from that.
