Your first question should be,"What do I want?" If you just want some fast food, then Mongkok is ideal as below poster advised. Or you could try some of the 141's in Causeway Bay (CWB). There are a lot of Indonesians in CWB Victoria Park and even on Sugar Street where there are a few Indonesian stores. You'll need to pick them up as opposed to just handing over the money.

If you are looking for more interaction, you could try Wanchai at night. Sir Jackthelad2 has written extensively on his experiences in the area and suggest you read up on his posts. Great report Irv. 141 charges the girls for advertising. Some of the girls prefer advertising on 141 or other sites or none at all. For example, Foremost building on Jordan road has a lot of ladies offering services so a girl could set up shop there and still get business without advertising through the sheer number of punters who hunt around the building.

I was in HK last weekend and the US Navy was in town. 6,000 drunken sailors in Wanchai. Neptune was charging a cover of 150 for 2 drinks and raking it in as many of them picked that place. Regular customers were exempt from the cover but the sailors had most of the talent occupied. Escape was less overwhelmed with them but they still made their presence known. I pulled a little Thai spinner early on Friday night since I was told by the MP that most of the sailors would be out and about until 2am.

While I can appreciate that the sailors might not be the most fun group to party around if you are "local", but to call them a bunch of "louts" out to make trouble is WAY OFF BASE, IMHO.

These are youngsters, who have spent weeks if not months, holed up on a ship surrounded for the most part by a bunch of guys working 12-14 shifts, with not many "relaxation" options.

I would give them the benefit of the doubt, if they don't measure up to your standard of decorum, as they probably have one or two nights to enjoy themselves before shipping out again. Circumstances are rarely as simple as you profess.

I suspect your haven't ever served in the armed forces, or certainly not an "at sea" naval deployment. If so, you'd be more understanding I am certain.

I wouldn't party with them by choice and would avoid areas where they are most likely to hang out, but I certainly respect the job they do, even if you don't agree with their leadership.
