Go out front entrance of Sugamo station, turn right, pass the police box and continue on straight across the street beside it. Turn right at next corner, and the building is the second (or maybe third) one in from the corner, on the right. Narrow building with seven floors, and all but top floor are estes or BJ parlors. Look up at the signs and at the windows. Likely to be a tout in front of the basement shop, which appeared to be a regular J-girl BJ shop. Enter ground floor and take elevator to 6th floor. Shop's name is Mondo, in Romaji, with katakana underneath. When the elevator door opens, you're at the reception desk.Cheers

The directions to Mondo by Inakajin were perfect. Dead easy to find. Miho was on 'yasumi' until either Tuesday or Friday (they sound close in Japanese). I didn't think to ask for photos (until after). They have them. Very cute girls. I saw one other as I went to the shower. Nicer than mine. No photo of Miho...or on the web. WJ,Here's one I've been to myself. I think it's on the affordable side of the soapland scale, and the girls are relatively attractive IMHO. It's in that 25,000 JPY to 35,000 price range. I think if you go any lower than 20,000 JPY, the quality takes a nosedive. They may require you to bring along a Japanese friend to enter the establishment. Eventually I showed someone that picture I took and he immediately recognized the area (even on my camera's small view screen) and pointed me towards it. So print a copy of that picture and bring it along if all else fails.I am also a gaijin with virtually non-existent Japanese skills and they invited me in and asked me to come back as I left, so that part shouldn't be a problem.

The sign is kinda small, but it is written in roman characters I think. It is right by the Shinjuku Ward Office, if that helps. I wasn't actually invited in like CT Dude, I had to go up and talk to the guys standing out front.
