Perhaps the problems seems inflated to me because after a typical week of having twenty-five plus separate sessions with chicas in my hotel room (conservative estimate, actual number 4-5 plus chicas per day), and say half of them are pilfering harmless little items, it adds up when you are the guy constantly replacing the missing items. With the way you operate in Medellin I'm not surprised pilferage is an issue. I'm not criticizing, but your methods practically guarantee stuff is going to disappear. Frankly I'm surprised it's just been minor stuff.
Full vaccination is required. Booster shots are not required yet, but don't be surprised if that changes.
Masks are required most places in Colombia, be prepared to wear them like everyone else does.
A COVID test within 24 hours is required to fly back to the US.
Why fool around? Get fully vaccinated, get your booster shot, wear your mask, and enjoy Colombia. Otherwise stay home.

If you are not in Medellin then you are wasting their time. No need for small talk. There are hundreds of other guys trying to approach them with small talk. If 200 chicks per day were asking you how are you doing it would get old pretty quick.

After I've established they live in Medellin or nearby (some don't list where they live in their FB profile), I tell them I want to see them and ask if they want to visit me. If they say yes, then the game is on. After determining a mutually good time for her to visit, I message "200 mil y un taxi?" Many times they say yes, sometimes they say two taxis. Very rarely will one come back with an outrageous amount like 500 mil. I don't like to low-ball, the same as I don't like them to ask for an outlandish amount. That starts everything off on the wrong foot, IMO.

I was hoping to agree specific activities beforehand so I have a (small) list of chicas to contact who I know will provide the service I require. But that doesn't seem to be a thing so I guess I'll wait until I'm there to discuss.

I haven't been to Balcones de Cuba, but both New Life and Energy have clean rooms. As for which ones have beautiful girls, it depends on which day you go. I've seen beautiful girls at both casas (among others), and I've seen days when no beauties were to be found. Or you might get there and the beauties are all busy with other customers, or they arrive 5 minutes after you leave.
Good service depends on the girl you choose along with how you conduct yourself. My experience has been, when I pick the girl who is most beautiful, the service is just average. When I pick the girl who seems to have the best attitude, the service is much better.

A Covid test is required within 1 day before flying back to the US, not 24 hours. If your flight leaves at 8 pm on Thursday, you can get your test anytime after midnight Tuesday night. Depending on your flight time, this could give you several extra hours to get the test.

There's no sense in trying to nail down specifics until you're contributing to the Colombian sewer system. Anything beyond a greeting and letting them know you'll be there soon is a waste of time.
Before you get on the plane post that you're enroute to Medellin. There's a good chance you'll have several messages when you arrive.
Here's my basic conversation.
Hola. Como estas? Hello, how are you?
Quiero verte (or quiero conocerte). I want to see you, or I want to get to know you.
Cuanto quieres? How much do you want? Some guys prefer to throw out a price, I prefer to ask for a price. My reasoning is that this gives me more control. If she is hoping for 500 k and I offer 200 k, we're off to a bad start. Instead, if she leads with 500 k, I can keep us on good terms by showing my understanding, and admitting I'm not interested in paying that much. My reply goes something like this:
Te entiendo. Eres muy hermosa. Pero siempre pago 200 mil. Quizas otro día. I understand you. You're very beautiful. However, I always pay 200 k. Maybe some other day.
Depending on how I'm feeling at the moment, I might offer a different amount. This has some advantages (or so I believe). First, you're acknowledging her price and tossing a compliment. Second, you're letting her know, politely, you know the going rate. Finally, you're letting her know that if she can't find anyone to pay 500 k, she can always hit you up for 200 k. If she decides to take your offer, she might ask for you to cover the taxi.
One last thing. When I'm setting a time, I assume she'll be late. I start by asking when she can arrive. There's no sense in telling her to show up at 4 pm if she's unable to leave home until 6 pm. If she tells me she can come right over, I expect 2-3 hours. If it's 5 pm and she agrees to show at 6 pm, I assume 7 pm or after.

I don't hold myself as being super-experienced in the P4P game. Yeah, it frosts some guys mugs when I state facts such as I have mongered on six continents and gotten laid on all seven, but my actual country count is not super high. I often meet more well traveled guys and gals than myself. I've learned a few things about people, human nature, and fucking, licking, getting sucked, etc. People are the same when it comes to sexual activity all over the world, just the cultural and sometimes emotional expression of those activities differ. I have given up on trying to understand love and the female orgasm (separate subjects as far as I am concerned, jeje).
I am not going to go back and see what I wrote, no big deal. I remember writing to someone recently that he had more than enough experience to have a good time here even though he was worried about his Covid weight gain. I intentionally try to focus more on content here than on who wrote what although some dudes jump out at you for sure. The mere fact that you are writing about your Facebook adventures means you are more experienced than I am in that venue.
I also recall writing recently that I find most direct comparisons between mongers and even chicas and exercise in futility. Mongering is not a contest, but by the same token, I am not going to pretend or sugar-coat my experiences to meet someone else's artificial standards. I don't want to be like anyone else I know and I sure as hell don't want anyone to be like me.
I'm a good writer with a tendency to be self-absorbed but deep down it feels to me like I am simply documenting a journey, and I get enough positive feedback to make it feel worthwhile. I've always had haters, and roughly an equal number of fans, and not just in mongering. I find them equally amusing. As we used to say when coffee was cheap, "That and a nickel will get you a cup". I see everyone posting about FB. Is that Facebook dating or how are you finding the girls there? I keep trying to switch my location on Facebook dating and keep an getting an error. Really annoying. Any help or details are much appreciated.
I will post more details later but for me seeking has been killing it. 11 girls in two weeks and several repeat freebies in there as well. Only picked up one girl off the street at Parque Lleras one night which was the worst experience of them all by far.

If you are contacting hoes, they are probably not interested if you are not in Medellin and looking for tonight. If you are contacting semi-pros, to fill up your pipeline they will probably be willing to chat for a few weeks before you arrive. If you are contacting "normal college girls" they may be happy to chat with you for several months before you arrive. All of these girls are wasting a lot of time on Instagram, Tik-Tok, YouTube, Facebook, Seeking, Tinder, or whatever anyway.
