Sure, it has or had some seedy brothels, which are technically illegal here, and some have shut down themselves or been shut down over the years. In Warsaw it's not simple without Polish, and you'll need to spend quite a bit of time checking on different ads and finding a good one. Many advertisements are not real, or the service is very bad.
