Tanei Guesthouse, Siem Reap
Can anyone give me the name of a guest house or hotel in PP that looks more like a "home" rather that a typical 4 or +5 floors hotel with heavy trafic.
I am much into getting lost off the beaten path, I like my way off loud drunk tourists, showing of freshly made tattoos. Thanks!
The guest house you mentioned in the PM is a off the beaten path, on a side street and more like a 'home'. As I mentioned, being on the side street, there is a lack of Tuk Tuks late at night but PUB street is walkable distance. I used to walk there and then take a tuk tuk back, about a $1. 00 or less ride. There are free lancers around the Pub Street area and plenty massage places for about $5. 00. This should be in the Siem Reap thread.
Beer Gardens with Viet take outs
A few interesting posts about beer gardens a few pages back. Are there any Viet girls at these bars as I am comfortable with this language, but will be staying in PP 8 weeks?
For what it's worth, I have had some good times at Martinis in the past, but looking for a few more options.
Many thanks in advance.
Great Night and friendly girls at Loco Bar
In PP for a few nights and checked out a few bars on 130, 118 and 136 but pick of them was Loco on Street 130. Nice inside, friendly management, and pretty girls who are happy and good company both in the bar and also back at hotel. Standard prices but "barfine" is negotiated with girl and not paid to bar itself. Definitely one of the best hostess bars in Phnom Penh!
