But I would not stay there for a monger vacation. You will feel at least out of place when you bring a DIA slum dweller back to the hotel. Good luck! I spend all of my Philippine vacations in Angeles City and Subic. With Subic as my beach and pussy venue, while Angeles is more of a "mostly pussy" kind of place. However, I am considering a Cebu side-trip to broaden my cultural horizons.
From what I read in the Cebu forum and see in the photo gallery, it seems as if Cebu has much better looking women but not as much night-life. Perhaps not as much do do between encounters other than look at whatever cultural wonders are on offer, or go scuba diving.
Am I on track here?

i find the girls in cebu better than manila, maybe just my taste. cebu you should not have any problems with hotels and your girls. i stayed marriott and was not alone with most guys had girls there too. (due to **** problems always ask the girl to have i'd) as for night life there are so many discos bars it never is dull.
my gf likes going bar hopping. my other girls like discos and every night i get what i want.
there are pools and if you want beach take the girls to the beach you want and stay a few nights. you be back in cebu in 2hrs if you want.

And if that doesn't work and the Blu does not appreciate your business, move on to the Marco Polo it is the superior hotel in Cebu hands down. Marco Polio suites are top class and the lounge on the top floor is better than the Blu's. And no trouble bringing local talent by for a spin. Bring two girls at a time and put them on shift work to reduce your time in the taxi for your next date which should be say at JY Square Mcdonalds as they need to work for their lunch.
LOL. Yeah. I reported more about the experience a year ago and it is on the board. Just to report it did not fall off but yes it could have. Vancomycin by IV was the cure but after 2 weeks on IV it didn't take it out completely would you believe that? I took another culture they found a few traces of Staph Epi along with another bacteria which is common for those with HLAB27 gene found in spondylitis but which rarely infects the prostrate in the absence of surgery. Klebsiella pnemonia. I took an additional dose by oral method and it knocked it out. Lucky I had a sweetheart of a gf that let me do her with condoms and once I was cured I switched to a virgin to keep my motor clean.
I did however get klebsiella pnemonia upper tract infection but no lung infiltration on my last visit. Once again the HLAB27 gene is probably to blame.
Thats why I advise all mongers to get to travel insurance but read fine print if you can get take home meds or not and if std's are covered or not. It saved me 6, 000 USD in past two years for a cost of $700.
It is a minefield out there. I will stick with the virgins but hard to find one of legal age in all orifices.

Asia. ;) But being the second largest city in the Philippines, it has all the things to keep you occupied more or less.

Any girl in the Philippines would rather cut off there left arm than sell there most prized possession, the cellphone. Most bar girls in Cebu get there lady drink payments the following shift so they always have a few hundred pesos in there pocket. When the girls go for the weekly hygene checkup at city health if there is a problem they are given a prescription slip right away and if they inform the nurse of low-funds they are sometimes given the meds for free. If they test positive for something the bar is informed and they are not allowed to work until they can test clean, atleast thats the rule in theory.
Is there a way around the tests and the pills, yes there are ways to get fake tests and make the bar think they are taking meds when they did not, but generally speaking most bar girls in Cebu do not want to get fired and upset the gravy train and most if not all take the meds and test clean and go back to work. Street or mall freelancers have no such testing, so caveat emptor.
It is possible some girls are not taking all the pills and save some for another time, but IMHO that happens more in AC then in Cebu where the bar girls are more hardened, but thats just my take. The meds required are 2 200mg Suprax-Cefixime and 4 250mg Azithromycin-Zithromax so there is not alot of saving pills for later stuff when its only a few pills total.

The official stats for March 2011 are 172 new HIV-Aids cases discovered within all of the Philippines, with 158 of these new cases being men and 14 women and 2011 year to date newly discovered HIV-Aids cases total 483.
