As to hotels, the Marriott Courtyard is usually inexpensive and relatively well located and the Marriott Executive Apartments are usually in the 90 euro range. And they are in a great location. Have not stayed at these places much lately but they both never said anything to me about bringing a girl up to the room.

It's girl friendly, door step away from Metro, one Metro stop from train station. Also, there are a strip full of drinking holes near by, and as you walked by, some girls will ask you for sex.
