I am from Canada, and fraudulent credit card charges are not the responsibility of the card holder. This is Colombia and this is not easy to make happen, but once the banks start being held liable for fraudulent charges and then naturally they will next come down on the merchants I believe things will change. How could the store clerk not check the ID with the name on the credit card? They are in pure cohoots. Once the merchant gets charged and loses their ability to process electronic payments, things will improve for the victims.
I use credit and debit cards all the time in the US, Canada and Colombia. I've never been asked for my ID that I can recall. Many places there's nobody to check your ID, with the self checkout lanes. And of course there are all the online merchants.
In most cases, if you're using a US or Canadian bank you're not liable for fraud. However, if you're using a card issued by a Colombian bank, those protections don't exist.
You might not suffer a financial loss, but it can be troublesome if your card gets canceled due to fraud.
What you miss is he takes your comment seriously. "I am not a pro. I am in the Pee Wee League building up my confidence. I do not think I am winning".
Does that sound like a guy who got your joke?
I assumed he was talking about me. I do street girls and the ones I go after I do not consider "pro". Most the girls I am with are part-timers not everyday, work 2 years max and find a financial supporter, and ones that may be in the game longer but do not have that hardened attitude. I consider the "pros" to be the ones that charge for every little thing as extras, mechanical or dead fish in bed, watch the clock, rush things, fake their having fun by moaning after just 5 seconds thinking you will cum faster. My "pro" and your "pro" definition may not be the same. I do not care. Let's not spend 5 pages on its definition please. The only "pro" I have been with in the last year is Rosy Palm and she pulled a tendon. A moment of silence please to reflect on the good times.

I will be in MDE next week and I will be using my two no foreign transaction fee cards that protect me from fraud for everything I can and the cards will never leave my sight when making a purchase. I will get the daily conversion rate. One stays locked up in the safe at all times with my ATM card when not in use. I stay in a building with very tight security. This makes my vacation much easier than dealing with cash all the time and limits the amount of wasted time going to ATM's. Cash is for the chicas and misc small purchases or if they don't take cards. And I don't do street girls or tinder. Only SA and FB girls who I have been friends with for a while and post a lot about their lives.

I usually rent a car and use a credit card for that for the additional insurance coverage. For lodging I might use anything, depending on where I'm staying. For restaurants it depends. For more typical meals I'll use cash, fancy dinners I'll use a card. For store purchases I always use cash and pay with either a 50 k or 100 k note, to get more small bills.
Also, if the exchange rate is peaking I'll withdraw a bunch for next time.
I've found that timing my withdraw and using cash occasionally results in a better than best exchange rate.

I do not think anyone on this planet has asked me for ID when I have handed them a credit card in the last 20 years. Why do you assume the clerk is at fault? There are data breaches all the time.

I didn't know you wrote the post about sport until you responded with the "pee wee league" post.
I try to read and respond to posts before seeing who wrote them. It lets me view the content without prejudice.
I found your reference to our "sport" funny, so I went with it. Sport - $10, a dick and a hooker and you're "into the pros. ".
Although it was clear you missed the joke, I enjoyed the Pee Wee League reply. All by itself it was a good post. Which led to my 2nd joke and Elvis' epic failure. Again, it wasn't a dgf at you, just a joke.
I don't know if it will take 5 pages, but there's a problem with your definition. Common usage here accepts "pro" as a generic term for a prostitute. You might consider the girls you see as amateurs, but if you're paying for sex, they're pros.
You can add whatever adjectives you want, but at the heart of it there's still a pro, a girl who fucks for money.
Personally, I agree with your preferences.
My jokes might not have been funny to you or Elvis, but the fact they went completely over your heads is hilarious.

Any way you slice it you are paying with money. One way is direct payment and the others are indirect payment. You really consider the girl who just came over the border and been available for a month the same as the 40 year old that has been doing it for 15 years?
You pay with time, energy, and / or money. I do not want to waste my time or my energy anymore. I want a sure money straight up deal.

Well
Disagree. You can pay in movies, dinners, drinks, shopping, trips, or cash. Any way you slice it you are paying with money..
You are correct if your only interest in women is their pussy. And they can sense it when you are only picking up the tab at the restaurant to try and get in their pants. That's precisely why they enjoy eating a fine steak on you only to leave you high and dry. LOL And that's precisely why you, though only in your 30's, have to lurk around Botero Plaza putting up with the fake moaning and requests of "leche baby. " I rest my case.
I'll add that buying dinner and drinks while spending time in the company of an interesting woman is money well spent. I do the same for family and friends. It's not "payment" for anything, and it's truly sad when someone has such a shallow view of personal relationships. It's also custom in our culture for men to pick up the tab on dates though some women like to pay their own way.

In every culture I have studied, marriage involves some kind of exchange of money for the woman, and the clowns here forget why. It is because when a woman is pregnant and gives birth, she is often a near invalid and totally dependent on the man. If the man does not provide, the burden shifts back to the woman's family and that makes them unhappy. So a family is going to want a husband who is a provider who keeps the woman safe, secure, and happy. This notion that you "don't pay for sex" is also saying you are shit suitor material.
If you want to short change the above process, and most guys should unless they want to be married, then you pay directly as you suggest.
On the flip side, if you are an in demand woman with hundreds of suitors, you would be a complete idiot not to consider money when picking a mate. A lot of these women may have a fling with some Adonis type just for fun or a one night stand with some cute or funny guy when they are at a point in life where they are not interested in marriage. These guys delude themselves into thinking the women really like them because they did not pay them when they are just a fling. When these women get serious, they are going to evaluate a man as provider.
With the Medellin morons here though, they are fucking women so ugly no one would pay them, and they try to make themselves out as studs because they are "not paying for it." Ironically, many of the women they have seen are former broken down WGs.
Look at the women who really would not take money or do not get money for sex. What do you have? Nuns, ugly women, Inexperienced and frigid women, lesbians, or women who hate men (a lot of those). Guys who think banging a virgin is the ultimate have never been with one. It is not a good time.
So while the Medellin morons say "we do not pay for it" on a P4P forum, they are not getting quality women. When they say they are getting pussy for less they really are not. When I went to Colombia and thought about paying what they did, I could get women, but the women were pigs. And with the Medellin morons, there is no such thing as an in demand women. No, all women are the same.
Bottom line is you are doing fine. I just do not like it that the Medellin morons are making you feel like a rookie. I think you have it figured out better than most.
You are correct if your only interest in women is their pussy.
There is a difference between a cost and a payment. Should I turn down a job because there is a cost I will incur for a car and gas in order to get there? Life costs money, but that does not mean we are paying to live. It costs money to go out and do things with a person that you like, but that does not mean you are paying for the person.

Tussi
Why do colombianas like tussi so much?
I understand it used to be popular among the "elites" when in was priced much higher.
Is it still popular with the "elites" or are only the hood rats using it?
I personally wouldn't sniff anything up my nose, too much fentanyl going around now a days.

Oh my! I'm not a street guy but if a some what attractive street girl randomly asked to give her my leche that would be really intriguing LOL. I would still most likely politely turn down but would be flattering. I get a lot of "psss" like I'm some kind of dog in Tijuana LOL to the point where I just started wearing AirPods when I would walk around the zona. I think I'll go just to experience the request if this is true LOL.
Personally I don't think anyone in their 30's should be picking up street girls unless you are fat or ugly.
