Working remotely from Cebu
Guys,
I am looking to visit the Philippines and Thailand over 2 weeks time, starting next week. I need to work remotely. Can I bank on reliable internet from 8am. 5pm in any of the best hotels in Cebu or do they all experience Internet and / or power outages daily? If that is the case, I may stick to Manila.
