Check out for yourself and there are many ads which are very similar though with different pics (fake) but all asking for 200-300 euro! At those prices I ruled them out outright but even more thinking they are most probably scams.

I can confirm the scam. Will not go into too much detail however I negotiated with the "Manager" to pay via Credit Card transfer and when no details were forthcoming I contacted the bank for a chargeback which was confirmed this evening.
The bank warned me that in the future it will not process such payments for me since there have been other clients who have had similar experiences.
