Cebu, including its suburbs, from Talisay to Compostela and Mactan Island, make it #2.

Davao is MUCH smaller and most importantly, has far fewer eligible girl options than Cebu.

Went there last night and I have to mention the foreigners I saw act like jerks, I was in the que with 5 of my girls and 2 guys with their bar girls decide to jump the que. I not been there for 2 years now, my gf1 told me that prefers the local discos where foreigners are not welcome, it will be interesting to see what happens in the next 2 years.
