Hi I am now just back in Moscow for 3 weeks. However it is getting boring here. So what are the nice places meet normal girls and pros.

From the last 1. 5 years:

1. Real Mc Coy closed.

2. Hot dogs closed.

3. La Kantina is dead since they only sell beer and Apfelkorn.

4. Che closed (was before also impossible to get in anyway).

5. Old school pub is nice but impossible to get in after let's say 10 PM on Fridaynight or Saturdaynight.

Seems like old times are gone and nothing for it in the place. Hope my 3 weeks stay is not getting to boring so please any tips are welcome.

Any tips for taxis for non Russian speakers. If not speaking Russian black taxis are difficult to get and the only English speaking taxi companies in Moscow charge rediculous prices for small rides.

BTW. Try the smartphone app called "Get Taxi". Makes life soooo much better.

I have tried this one a couple of times and, basically, can say that individuals there are ok and mostly matching with what you see on the pictures.

In there, you can even save a bit, although more or less classy offers cost more certainly.

Anyway, it's recommended and could be a good option for our German friend staying here for a while as well.

Before anyone accuses me of being lazy, I have read about 12 pages of the forum. Seems like a very friendly bunch.

I could use a little advice. I have one night in Moscow. Staying at the Intercontinental. I may be working till fairly late. What I would ideally like is somewhere nearby (is walking safe? Or a short taxi, where I can meet working girls face to face. With a view to taking one back to the hotel.

I notice there is a club called Night Flight nearby. Any possibilities there? I am looking for 8+ girls I would think. I don't mind spending up to say 15,000 for a couple of hours. Assuming they are beautiful!

I speak no Russian. So some English a big plus.

All thoughts appreciated. And I promise to report back!

Not sure you want to go to Night Flight, the girls there eat turistas like you for breakfast.

I'm surprised you didn't see Jake's post on this same page with suggestions for places to meet women. *If you are near Night Flight, then you're not too far from the American Bar & Grill. If you Google American Bar and Grill Moscow, you can see how to get there. That could be your best bet.

If the guy only has one night and is going to get a late start, probably best to go where you KNOW WG's will be. 100% for sure. AmBar is more of a crap shoot IMHO. IT also depends on the day of the week. Monday. Thursday NF would have a better selection while Fri thru Sun, not so much.

The price you will pay in Night Flight just incredible.

I recommend to go to Charmel. Easy to locate. Just search in the thread and you will find it. One third price and reasonable choices. If you are lucky you will find a 9 there and an 8 is I think guaranteed.

It might be two nights now. Will be Tuesday and Wednesday night.

But both will be working until fairly late, so I do want somewhere I can be guaranteed to find WGs. CBA to mess about. Particularly as I do no speak the lingo.

So what is Charmel? Is it a club? Bar? Salon?

No problem, I'm always willing to defer to your superior knowledge of the terrain in-country. It sounded to me as if the American Bar & Grill was fairly well organized, but apparently not. And you know me... ever vigilant about touristas venturing into Night Flight.

You are right a little bit tricky but if you think about 5000 rubles (130 USD) per hour price compared to 500 USD of Night Flight it worth to try.

Charmel is a saloon which means a kind of private brothel.

Here is how to get there;.

Find the Sberbank on Nikitsky Boulevard which is close to Metro Arbatskaya. Call their number. You can find the number from their website (charmel ending with biz.).

They will give you a question like what is your name and after a while a guy will come and ask you the question and if you reply true. That's it. You are in. He will take you to the place.

You can use your finger to show which girl you want and I am sure you will start to speak russian when you see the girls. .

If you are lucky you will find an 8 or 9 there if you are not definitely you will find a few 7's.

Note: If you are really Rich and want to enjoy a good night starting with some bar flirting you must definitely go Night Flight.

It's not that I am endorsing NF but it's SO close to the Intercontinental.

But do yourself a favor and take tax back to the hotel. If you insist on walking it will ruin the tone of the whole experience.

Trust me, I made that mistake once trying to save a few bucks on a cab. That was stupid.

Just in case you are curious, charm'El is great. But if it's your first trip and you speak no Russian, there a better than 50:50 chance that you will not make it past he front door.

Ok. Sounds like Night Flight will be my first port of call. The taxi thing was not a money saving. More convenience. A short walk probably easier than trying to get a cab in English!

I have a night in St Petersburg after Moscow. Thinking of trying my luck with rusprostitute dot com. Will grab a sim at the airport and give it a try.
