Great post Stroker. Sometimes I scan posts like these with glazed eyes and move on because its old news to me. But you've obviously taken a few minutes and given some info that should be very useful to any newcomer to Cebu. X.

For a KTV check White Castle located near the new bridge. No take out but no problem getting contact info. There are a few others mostly geared towards Koreans and Japanese.
For bikini bars check Mermaid but hit it early for the best selection. There are a handful of others but as with most bars they can be hit or miss. A few others that can be fun are Frolics and Red Hot Chili Peppers.

Club Pump located behind Cebu Grand Convention Center, not in Paseo.
Pump II located in Mango Square.

The place was packed with available girls, and my friend told me that it will fill up even more after the bars close. Highly recommended hunting ground IMHO. We took a taxi and all I know is that is was in the proximity of Waterfront Hotel. I inquired if it was close to the sea but got the response that the only water was a small creek that dried away.

I'm usually a one-visit man since I crave diversity and novelty. BUT this girl was such a great time that I saw her three times in 10 days, something I've not done in years. And she's become a friend.

I know this is strictly speaking, not the right thread to post this information in, so I have added it to the correct thread also. I will be back in Cebu next week if anyone fancies meeting up for a cold beer or dinner one evening. I will have mom and her two kids staying with me for the first week but they know me well enough by now to give me the space whenever I need it, so meeting will never be a problem. Will stay at the Waterfront in Lahug at least for the first week until I head off over to Mindanao.

Its a short walk along Archbishop Reyes from the corner near Parklane Hotel and BEHIND the Convention Center.
Did you score there Barba? Last time I went there it was wall to wall people but 80% were Koreans and most of the Korean girls (students) were in groups and had the noses in the air. I reckon 10% were ladyboys, and the other 10% were regular hard-looking hookers. I was there around midnight and before the bars close. I doubt that many bgs go there as I have never seen many foreigners there. Just lots of Korean students, and many quite pissed, although the security is very very heavy.
I just find that really loud techno-funk music drives me crazy after about 10 minutes, so each time I left for Sunflower disco and had much better luck there. JMHO

Spent some time in Cebu, tried different options:
Mango.
Many regulars and no pro in Juliana, it's a good option if you like to have a GFE plus some tips / restaurants / gifts.
Massage.
Some place are more professional other less. But for mongering I advice to have a massage in your hotel room, just ask to the reception and they will call a girl, price is usually 500 for the massage, but in the room the girl is free to make you happy and get some extras.
Street.
Tested two girls near mango, very bad service if not a ripp off, I really advice you to avoid this option, girls are sometime dirty, they just try to get a shower in the room and finish as soon as possible A V O I D.
DIA and other websites.
Good for GFE if you have time to spend, some are really open minded, others pretend to be good girls waiting for marriage but if you are kind and not ughly, they can give you love and sex, other are really marriage oriented so it's a waist of time and money.
I experienced a couple of encounters with a just 18 yo, really sweet and with a toned body, the problem is that they often come with brother, sister, friends, hahaha really funny thinks can happen.
