As part of a corporate sales target achievement event, would be going for a day outing to Ranjan Pai's group name + English cricket championship resort in Lionsandra early next week. Though have been there before and knew they had a spa, didn't try the services in earlier visit. Has anybody got lucky there? Is it even safe to ask for extras there? The resort website mentions the spa to be 'professional' but that may or may not mean anything.

For folks who are watching the thread. I too came across the same situation earlier. Infact I stopped going to her location after the episode.
