Very reasonable price and beautiful and sometimes stunning women with high quality service if you know how to find them. The SEA and Russia I was thinking mostly for freebies (I like the adventure and thrill of it even though I know it will probably costs more than P4 P in the end). I like something that DavidVanSchuma or YummyPL did and reported here. So my question was basically if it is still likely to find 7+ freebies in Moscow? It looks like to me dating sites would be a good place to start maybe? Is the bar scene a viable option for an english-speaking fellow?

I have RTFF before but was wondering if the positive vibe still exists in Moscow / St Petersburg or does it not worth the time and resources that I am going to invest in this trip.

It absolutely DOES exist in Moscow. While P4 P is essentially a pointless exercise in Moscow, hunting down 7+ normal chicks is DEFINITELY a worthwhile pursuit. Especially now that the specter of restraint is in the air due to Westerns sanctions. I can't quite put my finger on it but I have been receiving MUCH more than my fair share of attention from girls in bars, restaurants, etc. Like Yummy and DavidVanSchuma, you need to do some preparation and get your head around the right game plan if you want to maximize the experience. But on the whole, beautiful girls in Moscow abound.

I only made one attempt to monger in Asia, and due to coming down with shingles after having a severe panic attack in the airport, I only had limited opportunities. In spite of that handicap, I still managed a few evenings to choose a bride for the night at 11 x. While those ladies were certainly interesting, I'm afraid my whole asian 'tourist' experience was far less romantic than journeying beyond Kiev and Moscow to discover the provinces in Ukraine and Russia.

Sixteen years and 32 trips later, all I can say is that the cultural conditions in Ukraine from 2000 until 2007, and in Russia from 2008 until now, the years when I had the fortune to spend my time there, created opportunities to meet and get acquainted with the most passionate ladies.

I won't measure that on financial terms, except to say that, as a sponsor, apart from the occasional poor judgements I've made, for the most part, being overly generous has resulted in maintaing good relations, which for me is very important, because I tend to concentrate on developing long term relationships in a limited number of cities.

What all that comes down to, is having enough friends that you can rely on to assist you in making new acquaintances. Things have changed so much in the last 15 years. It was much easier to meet new ladies before 2009. It was actually too easy. But those days are GONE. Things are still changing and will continue to change.

For now, as I have been educated by those who really do know, you keep your head down and stay out of the spotlight. Be a respectful visitor in their country, so that your host will continue to welcome you back in the future. Nowhere else will you find ladies just waiting for a spark to ignite this kind of hot fire.

I have been told that Moscow may not be safe as I might get beaten up by the locals for picking up chicks but I think following common sense would get a long way in helping me not to get into hairy situations. I just hope the political situation does not get much more complicated than what it is right now by the summer.

Where I have REALLY noticed the exchange rate making a big negative impact in in the bars. Imported alcohol is getting more and more expansive every weekend. Ha! What a dope! All of that extra attention I was feeling is just girls trying to scam me into buying them free drinks!

I think a lot of girls are just on there to flirt or to feel good about themselves because so many dudes are following them. And then it takes more chatting on whattsup, followed by wining and dining, before you can actually close the deal.

And going out in Moscow is super expensive with not a whole lot of value added in terms of service and quality of food and drinks.

You are better off hitting a places like Papa's, Old Man, or Bermuda and trying your luck with cold approaches than wasting time on Mamba.

Again this is just my humble opinion and YMMV.

I fully agree that Mamba is a waste of time. I spent several hours on few days selecting girls with "sex" keyword, sending dozens of polite but clear messages with mention to "material support". - Papas Place: went there on Monday night. Ratio men / women was bad and very bad for a old man as I am. I left around midnight.

Slowly I am getting the feeling that it is easier to invest some time in the game with "normal" women, than to deal allover again with the "pros". The pros save you time, a lot of time, but it is imo also more expensive and the award at the end (like in your case) are not always that good.
