There must be some abrasion or oozing of blood from vagina, and simultaneously there should be a breech in skin on your penis too, for transmission of infection. And there may be around 0. 1% chances of transmission of infection in one contact. So there are chances although low. So its better to contact doctor, if you have any doubt. Prevention is better than cure always. If there is high index of suspicion, doctor may prescribe you post exposure prophylaxis. You will have to wait for 6 to 12 weeks for passing of window period to get the test done.
