I have been through a similar case where I wanted the call records and I knew a senior police officer who tried to help me but still we couldn't get them. Unless one can establish that it is a matter of national security or a murder mystery even police can't get the call records so easily. So chill they might only check if there is any FIR filed against you that too is rare. So Relaax.
