Also worth pointing out is that what you save on airfare you will pay towards mongering. Those girls in CR want $100 for short time. In BKK you can get short time for $30 or less. I'm not one of those guys who claim the States to be sex prison. I've never been one to monger simply because I can't get pussy in the States. I've never had a problem getting chicks. For me it is the entire package deal of being in another place. The feeling I get when I'm in Brazil or Colombia or Thailand. The food that I'm eating there. The different people and how they act. Hell I can stick my dick into a hole anywhere on earth. But there are different strokes for different folks; some like Pepsi and some like Coke.
Right. That's why we're called sex tourists.
That is probably because when you tried Viagra, you maybe took far too much (over-dosed). A small fragment would surfice. Viagra / Kamagra 100 mg is very strong. Apcalis has a much weaker but longer lasting effect in the standard dose 25 mg in my opinion. I believe they made it in 25 mg for this reason based on past experience with most Viagra users taking small crumbs rather than whole pills.
If you took less than 25 mg of Viagra and still felt terrible, okay then but it is very strong and needs to be used with care.
Life of Apcalis (Tadalafil) having appreciable effect is normally quoted to be up to 36 hours max. In fact the typical half life is 17 and a half hours (time till only half of dose remains in your system). Perhaps you could have got 3 days benefit from a placebo as well, and that would have felt very natural.
Viagra half life is about 4 hours typically, which does not mean there is no effect after 4 hours.
Then comes the interesting question. Do you want to operate for 3 days with every decreasing quantities of Tadalafil in your system, like dropping to one eighth of the initial dose, or would it be better to take much less initially, but keep redosing every so often, to get a more consistent level in your system. With many girls you clearly don't really need the assistance anyway, if everything is going great after 3 days.
In my case I do not use anything with my GF, and certain other super hot girls. Therefore when getting any boost, I prefer it to be short term acting. My abnormal hard-ons can tolerate any number of condom changes and other stuffing around, stiff legs, etc. I still get a big turn off by girls with sponges stuffed up their pussy.
You make an excellent point about placebo effects. Cialis can be taken daily at low doses (2. 5 and 5 mg). I mentioned in an earlier reply, I've taken 10mg daily for a week at a time with no side effects. The drug seemed to produce its effects continually. In part a placebo effect? Who knows?
Good points.
I have traveled the world and I still believe that for everything, Thailand is the best for mongering and overall experience.
Infrastructure.
Food.
Safety.
Cost of pussy.
Quality of pussy.
Quantity of pussy.
Quantity of MP's.
Cost for nice hotels.
Friendliness of people.
Other things to do besides mongering.
Just my opinion from the 22 countries I have visited in the past 3 years.
One thing on the horizon I think is Thailand is going to have some fairly high inflation. I am not complaining, but I am seeing some decent cost increases for non mongering goods.
I recently read that Bangkok is the world's third most popular tourist destination. This is all types of tourists. The reasons you list are exactly why I can't wait for my next trip to Bangkok.
For those who don't know, Apcalis is an Indian made generic drug, same as Cialis. Cialis vs. Viagra lasts longer (up to 3 days) and for me feels more natural. Viagra gives me that near headache feel.
I was in BKK in the Nana area and checked several pharmacies. Price varied, it seemed that B 400 is the bottom price. I bought several packs, but B 400 remained bottom. It's also sold at the streets (they ask for B 350) , but I don't have much trust in street vendors and the price difference was rather small anyway. They had Viagra and a range of other ED meds too, which were obviously fake.
I wonder if Apcalis is legal in Thailand, when I ask for it the staff usually had a look at the manager, then got a nod. Not that I really care though.
So your Dick is hard for 3 days? I am just asking. I tried Viagra one time and hated it because of the throbbing headache for 24 hours after. The stuff works with any type of stimulation from what I experienced. Well, my Dick was hard for most of 24 straight hours, even after cumming twice. I went to work the next day and could not get out of my chair much because my pecker was so stiff. There is always some type of stimulation it seems. As I write this my cock is rubbing against my leg and underwear, so if I had taken one of those pills, it would be hard now. 3 days always fighting a hard cock might be tough to handle for me.

The manufacturers say an erection of 4 hours is reason to go to the hospital. You're having an adverse reaction. I have ED; when I take Cialis daily I only get an erection when I'm having sex. I don't get an erection from my dick rubbing against my clothes while looking at a pretty lady's ass while riding the BTS. I buy the stuff online now. No prescription is required. But the first time I used an ED medication it was with a prescription after seeing a physician.

The reasons you list are exactly why I can't wait for my next trip to Bangkok.
Another interesting description one will hear: "Bangkok is the world's largest red light district"
While no entire city is itself literally a giant red light district, Bangkok arguably comes closer than any other sexual tourist destination in the world to meeting that description.
Comparatively low cost, so far at least, has been the crucial factor.
When "Rick Rock" made what I believed to a fair point about Bangkok now getting as expensive as other areas such as the USA, I conceded on an individual per transaction basis there is a lot of truth to that notion, however it doesn't take into account the totality of the Bangkok experience, the sheer volume of providers, and the multiplicity and variation of choices Bangkok presents. Nor would for example a hypothetical $5000 per month spent in New York City even buy a fraction of the (mongering) entertainment experience that could be bought in Bangkok for 150, 000 baht per month, probably not even one tenth.

Its a nonessential amino acid that increases blood flow and vascular dilation. It's cheap; and it's a principle ingredient in most non-Viagra type erection pills. It won't be enough if you have full blown ED, but if you're otherwise healthy and looking for a "little help" you may want to give it a try. You should be able to find it in any drug store or health food store. It's a very popular supplement among body builders. It makes their veins bulge more. About 3000mg thirty minutes before sex is about right. Works best when taken 30 minutes before a meal.

Cialis 2. 5 / BPH
I've been using Cialis 5mg as needed for years. Zero complaints. Always works for up to 36 hours without side effects. I've been thinking about switching to the "maintenance" dose of 2. 5mg daily, mainly because of the reported benefits for those with BPH. Any anecdotal evidence of the small dose Cialis actually helping with BPH symptoms? Less frequency of urination, etc?
Big Pharma is always trying to market drugs for more than one ailment. Whether or not the drug in question actually has much benefit for the ancillary complaints. I'm looking for some first hand reports, where folks think the low dose Cialis daily actually has much effect on their BPH symptoms.
Thanks for any feedback.

Cialis follow up.
• Syzygies
Thanks for your detailed reply. I did use Viagra (and a generic) , I use it only for 'external workouts' if you know what I mean. My pills are 100mg and I always half them. First I started with cutting them to quarters, but they may get a little old and I use half now. But maybe that is already an overdose for me. Hard to describe, it makes me feel a bit uncomfortable. I get reddish eyes too. I will try 25mg again next time.
No, I don't need the 3 day effect. I just want to use it because it feels more comfortable and natural. I use it maybe once a month or so.
• Mr Enternational
It's B 400 for a pack of 4. There are no other packaging as far as I know.
• Luvpuss
You don't stay hard all the time. All the drugs work on arousal. No arousal, no hard-on. One change, after cumming you may go soft slower then normal.

Thanks for any feedback.
I wasn't aware that Cialis was available in such small doses. Apcalis seems to be 20 mg. And I had assumed that Cialis would be the same.
It would certainly be well past its highest pontency at 36 hours but some weak effect still remaining.
I saw it is suggested to take at least 2 hours before sex. I don't usually know in advance exactly when I would be needing a power boost, so if using Cialis I can see would have to take a daily topup small dose. As I choose to use only on occasions, I prefer the faster acting Kamagra in a small dose. It would start having effect after 30 mins or sometimes less, therefore only a short time into any very extended sex session. It costs very little used this way.
A daily very small dose of Cialis sounds like a very sensible approach if the price is good. Realistically, its not going to be working after 3 days. I think that post was exaggerating.
then add cost of mongering / food / tips etc and I can easily see it exceed $4400.
I think you need to recalculate this.
In all these areas it is less expensive in Thailand than Canada, as things are often much cheaper in the former.
Tipping is unnecessary in Asian countries like LOS & PI. Unlike in the Western world, it is generally not a part of their cultures.
I assume you would also eat food if you stayed in Canada rather than travelling. In fact you could easily spend less on food while overseas, hence save money on food expenses due to eating in LOS instead of Canada.
