She was not tall but not very short. I think she used to say her name was joanne and that she was from be'bugia but of course these details are not always true. At this point I think there might be some confusion here.
AFAIK recently there were 4 blondes which could be defined as chubby working in Marsa.
Lisa which works from the house next door from Billy Engineering.
Another one used to go around with a green Kia Avella, this one can be met also during daytime near Hamrun square loitering, normally she wears a very tiny shorts and revealing top.
The third one, and this is the only one I recall used to have braids in her hair, was called Charlotte, quite tall woman, had a large tattoo sleeve.
The last one is the one with curly blonde hair and the older between all four, works also during daytime from Gzira, in the ground floor flats opposite the hole that used to be Muscat.

SEWDA looool.
But only recently she could have been described as plump. She has dark hair which she kept short lately. She re-appeared this winter (plumper than ever) after a long break due to doing the drugs rehab programme, which of course served to jack shit as she is now back on drugs and losing weight by the minute.
