I have always had an unnatural amount of energy. And Medellin makes me feel younger still. My BMI (body mass index) is in the normal range, as are my cholesterol, blood pressure, and fasting glucose. I take no prescription meds. I am often mistaken for 10-20 years younger than I am. I have all my hair, my teeth, and my belly is flat.
