Even though I am not active here in this forum let me share my experiences as I was in a similar position last year. At my heaviest I was 125 kg but that didn't stop me from hunting, although I looked relatively fitter given I am taller than most at 6'2". I did not have the same insecurity as you but my physique did bother me from time to time, especially when I was in a foreign country.

I was very conscious of my body but meeting some true professionals in India as well as abroad gave me confidence in myself despite being overweight. This also motivated me to lose weight in a way. I was in a spa in Delhi last year and I asked the girl if she finds me unattractive because of my weight, she simply replied saying she is attracted my wallet first and then my behavior. She didn't mind my weight at all, and she was less than half my weight at 48 kg. Girls are in this business for money, that's an undeniable fact. On top of that if you maintain your hygiene and be charming nothing else should bother the girl. This has been true for me at least and I have mongered in Delhi, Bkk and some European countries. For the last 2 weeks I am suffering from a lot of itching on my testicles (balls). It increases a lot at night. I tried anti fungal cream and itch guard but didn't help.
