Oral Sex
I don't want to flame anybody but DON'T LET ANYONE TELL YOU ORAL SEX IS SAFE!
As I got chlamydia a few years ago from a girl (also Thailand!) who had given me a blow job I should have been more careful.

You can also get Gonorrhoea and syphillys, especially from a woman who swallows. I speak from experience. What's the difference between a vagina and throat to bacteria? However, I have been told by medical experts that HIV doesn't like saliva and getting a BBBJ from a HIV+ individual doesn't represent much of a risk. But who want's to risk it? Now I use condoms for everything. If you have a girl who doesn't like CIM you can usually convience them to "go all the way" with a condom.

Macho Dik
The bumps are probably from the heat. However, if you are HIV+ you don't want to spread it around. So just get the damn test! For your own peace of mind and the rest of our safety.
Be specially careful with TG's in one of soi6's most popular bars.
At least 1 infected girl working there!
Don't keep us in suspense, tell us which bar!! In Pattaya or BKK?
Don't keep us in suspense, tell us which bar!! In Pattaya or BKK?
BKK, Pattaya, wherever. What difference does it make?
There are infected girls in pretty much every bar.

No, there are not, but there easily could be, which amounts to the same, of course.

Pat!
If you carefully read you'll know the bar.

Condoms
Here are some links to good condom suppliers. Some of the super thin Japanese condoms are great. Albeit, a little snug for a falong schlong.

ROFLMAO - this is "real"
But it's not unique to Thailand -

If the owner/manager knew about the girl wouldn't they let her go. In reality, it is probably true that more than half the bars have one more girls infected with HIV. If you use a condom for vaginal sex you should be okay. There is very little evidence that HIV has even been transmitted orally.
I would be willing to bet an airline ticket to Pattaya that there is at least one infection at the TS/TV bar on Soi 6.

Im so freaking happy.
BKK, Pattaya, wherever. What difference does it make?
There are infected girls in pretty much every bar.
The unofficial statistic is: 30-50% of Thai BGs are HIV positive!
In my Thai mongering career I had two close calls:
A 'nice' girl I spent 4 days with in Patty, 1995, died of AIDS in 1997.
I tested HIV-negative.
In 2005 I had unprotected intercourse in Phuket and cought the clap (gonorrhea). What a bummer, ruined my holiday. I tested HIV-negative again.
Back in the homeland I had cought the clap from my own wife in 1975 long before HIV was invented (I can't be dissuaded that it's some biological warfare agent that was let loose, either by accident or by design)!
So for me rubbers make a lot of sense now.
Here's what to look for in the BG: skinny, needle marks, nervousness, jumpiness, moodyness, hyperactivity, always with a cold. So the ones who are a bit more volupteous and calm are the safer bets.
Any disease can be spread by exchange of bodily fluids, including by fellatio, cunnilingus and kissing. There's also influenza, herpes, tuberculosis, parasites and other awful stuff to worry about.
But life is full of dangers and the urge to have fun in overwhelming; so chose your contacts carefully.

Enjoy
Hades,
Advice for everyone follows:
I concur that condoms are known to break especially with extended sex sessions or condom contacts someones finger nails or if girl is using a sponge that causes friction (you might not know if in deep). Lube is essential with condoms to reduce friction and chances of breakage.
Moral of the story is to get high class girls from establishments where mandatory testing is regular is a great idea, and always use a condom.
7 eleven stores have a good range in Sukhumwit and Silom areas.
I use extra thin 54 mm size slightly bulbous shape ones (Durex I think but check the back of packet). Well lubed, it sometimes feels so good that I have to check the condom is still on.
If you gamble, you'll win a dose of HIV soon.
BTW, BBBJ is not completely safe. I suspect I caught Clamydia (just once is more than enough) from a low class girl picked up at the Grace Coffee Shop, years ago this way. Normal sex was protected.
Internet medical reports suggest chance of catching HIV from unprotected oral sex is exceedingly low, but still cases do exist in the world. I think I am more likely to be killed in a motor car accident. Bangkok Songkhran road toll was horrific.
But other VD not quite so difficult to catch this way.

Also staff are required to show a test-certificate only, and so it's a lot cheaper and easier for them to pay 100 Baht for a fake one than go through the whole testing process.

Not true

condom alternatives
Buffered gels are coming on the market soon, that is if they can survive the big anti-p4p propaganda. large numbers of men can't use condoms in sea, most are no longer involved with p4p (scared about aids). I"ve been doing surveys in north thailand, and bangkok. Most of the girls think they catch aids the first time they fuck some one with aids and no condom. And most will fuck u with no condom if you tell rhem you don"t have aids. I use a non patentable gel for 6 years, never caught anything. Yes the anti sex club has very effective propaganda but it is a lot easier to die from somthiung else you haven"t been told to worry about. Now I am in phnom penh I am far more concerned about haveing a accident on the street or getting asaulted by several of the towns ya ba addicts, as just happened last week about a block from martini.
