Moscow

I read in the previous posts that in terms of the days of week, the weekdays have better selection. How about the visit time? I would like to go there around 9. Is that too early? Any further advice about what has been recently going on in NF would be helpful.

I was able to confirm that the pharmaceutical company TEVA sells generic Viagra (sildenafil) in Russia as of 2015, under the trade name Dynamico. I don't know the price but I'm quite sure it'll be quite reasonable, as this same company sells it in other European countries for a small fraction the price of Viagra. You should be able to pick it up at any pharmacy, and I seriously doubt you'd need a prescription because I know you can buy Viagra in Russia without one.
I would like to go there around 9. Is that too early?
Waaaay too early.

If you want to go for 21:00, reserve a table upstairs and get some dinner. Things don't get going down in the lounge until AT LEAST 22:30. If you eat dinner upstairs, you can avoid the $40 (or whatever it is these days) entry fee and just wander down when you are done with dinner. Some of the early birds (girls) wander upstairs to see who's eating dinner. If you see one you like you can always wave her over and buy her a desert.

Have fun.

Jake.

I've used gotorussia.com for years, no complaints. Keep in mind if you have US passport make sure to tell them you want 3 year visa, you get it as a matter of course. These should go into General section thread, it's not that you only need visa for Moscow.

Thank you, Jake! From what you said it seems that even 23:00 could be too early. Is that right? Is midnight better?

Another unrelated question: there are a couple of girls at http://erotic-massage.ru/kievskaya.htm that look intriguing. Are they still a reliable operation (they used to be based on my reading of the older posts by Stravinsky over many years)? They offer outcalls. Would that be advisable instead of an incall visit?

The younger (and generally hotter) students arrive at about 12:00 and are out of there by 1:30 if they don't "get a date". The more hardened pros will hang there for a longer period chain smoking. Having said all that, I know guys who won't arrive before 2:30 hoping to catch the late shift and snag a better deal.

That was helpful, thank you!
In the USA, the Russian Embassy and its Consulates on longer accept visa applications. All visa applications must be processed through a 3rd party, typically a travel agency, as Jake has suggested, which has been approved by the Embassy / Consulate. Depending on what city you live in, and which Consulate you apply to, you may have to go through a different agency.
(Welcome to Russia!)
Strav,

This is incorrect. At least for the Embassy in DC. In fact, the consular staff was very helpful to me when I got my visa and when I stopped by with some questions about a long term stay this past week. Maybe it depends on the person, but I never had to provide anything but an invitation letter provided by a hotel, the application, and the fee. For me the process was painless with no use of an agency or tourist/travel invitation. The hotel letter was enough.

Price is 15 K Rubles for all night right??
I am considering caving and just going to NF to get laid. Price is 15 K Rubles for all night right??
I don't have experience with NF but that is a little under $300 USD now. If you can get that with a good girl, I think it will be a bargain.
Must be that new policy of perestroika that seems to be sweeping over Russia. :)
12 K almost sounds reasonable. What are the other options for FLs? IU remember hearing about a tochka of sorts at American Ber and Grill. But that was an old report. And the Boarhouse has been closed for years.

I speak good Russian. But I really don't want to do the freebie thing. It ends up costing too much in terms of time and trouble (and rubles). At least IMHO.
