Well friends, here's a prime example of how hit or miss this city can be, and the many pitfalls. Tonight pretty much sucked all around.

It started with a visit to Salon Pankow. I must've really got lucky before with my little former heroin addict, Ginger. The first visit this evening, around 7:30 pm, there were five girls, all chubbies, rotting teeth and so forth. Not a single one even close to my liking. The lady of the house, who was quite beautiful and spoke excellent English, said there would be more girls around 10. So I thanked them and left. I then went down to Europa Salon (sometimes just EuropaSalon). The prices looked reasonable online as did the women. When I arrived there were only two, Vera and Milla. Vera is a leggy blonde beauty, Milla. Could use some work. I chose Vera. She then quoted me a price of €50 for 20 minutes. I was interested in just a quicky and gone, but something just didn't feel right about that situation. Changing a price on me sends up alarm bells, and I can't quite say why. Even when I challenged her on the price she pulled the sorry I don't know bullshit. So I followed my instinct and left. Looking back on it, I should've taken the offer.

By now it was nearing 10:30 pm so I went back up to Salon Pankow. Arriving about 11:15 pm I spent a good 20 minutes just waiting for the girls to organize themselves. Sadly there were only the same from before, plus one leggy mostly attractive thing named Kiera. I didn't see her on the website, and was eager to jump in the sack for the full hour plus many extras. However her English was very poor and she did not feel comfortable with not being able to communicate. This frustrated me, and forgive me for venting here, but it's not conversation I'm interested in. It's a two-way street I know, treat with respect, but gosh guys I really wanted to get laid.

So I left dejected, having tried twice and not finding anything. It was now close to midnight. My choices at this point are the overpriced 24 hour places sprinkled around town, where I had no experience or reference, or subject myself to one of the flat rates. After reading earlier about the flat rates being crowded on Saturday's I skipped, not wanting to see 40 others just like me. By now I'm willing to take whatever decent fap I can get. So I went down to Hackscher Market where I knew the street ladies were. I'd never gone back with a street walker, and I now see with good reason why I shouldn't. It was pouring down rain, she was beautiful, she had a big umbrella. She wanted €80 for what sounded like suck and fuck. However, let this be a lesson to you newer folks, always clarify everything BEFORE hand (job) etc. We walk backed to her apartment at 36 Oranienburger Strase. Red interior apartment floor. Her name is Lena, very beautiful, very good English. I felt like I'd hit the jackpot.

We get back and that's when she drops it on me. The €80 is only for suck, hand job, and massage. Fucking is €300 Euros and up. Holy mother of God. Give me my Polish farm girls, my Asian massage MILFS, and my recovering heroin addicts. Lena was nice but she wasn't €300 nice. Especially not with those fake tits. However by this time I'm a sad sack of shit, wet from the rain, and tired. So I gave in at €140 for hand job, blow job, and massage, with mutual touching. Nice body, interesting tits, good face and personality, but I got ripped off big time. She refused to let me watch her blow me, and by God I think she was faking it. I wasn't sure what to do in this situation, and now wanting to seem like an asshole, I just laid back and took what I could get. I made her work that hand job though for every minute. Thirty minutes were up, so I stepped into the little bathroom to pull off the rubber. Came out and she's getting dressed. When I got to the street we said our goodbyes and I walked away. That's when I realized I'd been robbed. She snatched some cash out of a pocket of my pants that I thought was obscure / safe enough. Not so.

I'm still pretty new at this, I really screwed up tonight, but this was a good learning opportunity. I'm happy to embarrass my sad sappy story with you all if it will help others. If you're going to a discount brothel, I cannot stress this enough: CALL ahead of time. Find out who is there and look them up. Don't trust a street walker, not one single bit. I'd be interested to hear what others have to say about the Europa Salon thing, was I right to follow my instinct?

Stay safe out there and choose wisely. I fucked up and deserved it, but I hope others can learn.

Does anyone have any recommendations of good and safe apartment brothels to visit late at night? Many of the most talked about brothels close quite early. A few that seem to be open; Salon Pankow, Club Lala (Neukölln), Club Carena (Friedrichshain) and Lady Discreet (Prenzlauer Berg). Any of these areas that might be particularly unsafe?

Correction: I got the streets mixed up for Lady Discreet, this brothel is situated in Spandau.

Like many FKKs, Artemis thins out during summer. According to a number of regulars, It seems to have been particularly thin the 3rd week in August, probably with many taking off pre-IFA. At the moment, IMHO, the Artemis lineup is pretty dang good.

Ameribi-a dreadful tale but good for gou to report it. But the Forum has warned about the O street scene for years. You can always get lucky or hosed. The odds say avoid. You have sadly reconfirmed it. Impossible to say re Europasalon, you probably made the right call. Berlin has about 4 price tiers of brothels. The middle 2 are IMHO the sweet spot re value comfort safety. But obviously when you play with fire in dodgy neighborhoods during dodgy hours,you can get burned. Kind of common sense 101. With hundreds of great girls in safe, clean locales, the appeal of all this Nick Danger stuff is really a mystery to me. It does of course offer the possibility of a Darwin Award. What price glory?

For late night follies Mon Rouge or even better, Artemis tough to beat. You would gave saved a lot of money, time, and pride at the latter.

You're absolutely right. I come here twice a year on business and this was only my second trip into the scene. I learned the hard way but lessons taken to heart. I'm already planning the next trip to center around a place like Artemis.

After my last adventure around the city of random luck and chance, I decided to return to a place where I'd been before, felt like I had more control and the prices reasonable. Freudenhaus-hase.

I've been here before and each time my visits were great. Nothing mind blowing or anything, but the sex was good, the people friendly, and the prices reasonable. Even the older woman who greets you is nice. I've learned that it's best if I'm the one making all the decisions, and I have free movement to look and choose whom I want, not who is presented to me. The whole "wait here and the girls will come to you" thing is awkward in my opinion. Working through the greeter is annoying, and it's too easy for them to say 'Oh they don't do this or that or don't speak English, etc. ' At Freudenhaus-hase those available wait in their doorways and you are free to walk around, talk to them, and make your choice. I feel like this gives me better control and access.

This time around I enjoyed Sara, a rather attractive, tall Bulgarian with lovely natural b's. I was in awe of them, and her website photos do not do her justice. She has a nice face. I love A's and be's, any more than see's and it gets out of control. Sara's were very nice. Sadly her English was not so good, but we made it work.
