I had contemplated doing that. However the info I got is that these secret houses either cater to VERY upscale locals exclusively (such as you have Japanese-only clubs in Thailand, no chance getting in there) or are truly local and located in the, well, slums. Getting robbed and killed there for 20 $ is not a possibility but a probablility-so I have been told by people I consider reliable. To me that's not worth it-if you explore that venue I however wish you the best of luck and if anything positively exciting happens, please do share a report.

Not so long ago there was a report on a Dutch monger site from someone who had been taken to a local brothel in the country side by his tuk-tuk driver, just outside Phnom Penh. What Phnom (use google maps): Stroll around the circumference and you will find FLs on any given night. I generally go there between 6 pm-7 pm. The girls generally stand alone or in pairs. The girls have little command of English, so I use my phone to type in a figure. The will ask $15 and I will counter offer with $12. That works in most cases. The girls I've met have been OK and safe enough to take them back to my hotel. I do of course prepare my room and secure all valuables out of sight.

TukTuk driver: I have used a reliable TukTuk driver to access part-time FLs. He will pick me up at my hotel and take me to a meeting point near central market. Day 2 in Phnom Penh and last day for mongering as was leaving for Siem Reap early morning. Had gone to visit a colleague living at the Nagaworl Hotels. Boy. What a sight.
