I've been to Belle many times and enjoy the service there. I also enjoy VIP across from COEX. I am in the city for a few weeks and have decided to enjoy the massage opportunities the city has to offer. Having enjoyed the barber shop massage places in the past, I ventured out to one I have reported on before. My directions are from the Millennium Hilton where I am staying. With the front of the hotel to my back, I went left to the main road. Continuing left, I crossed the street and took a set of steep steps to the road below.
