Long story short, he bought a timeshare in Jontien. He said initial cost is $17,000. For this, you then pay a maintenance fee of $50/day you are allowed to stay in the timeshare. He "owns" 14 days a year, so he pays $50 times 14 days per year is $700.
Did they see this guy coming or what? It's like they gave him a rope and he tied it up to hang himself. Any way you cut it this guy got a raw deal. Even if broken down over ten years at 1700 prorated initial fee + 50/day, he ends up paying $171/day for each day he stays. How many places in Pattaya cost this much? My room is only $1500/yr or $4/day and I own it 365 days. This guy must have been high on pussy to get suckered into a deal like that.
I would be afraid to pick anything on Beach Road to be honest, but that's just me, went to super baby go go again, did not drink much so I was fully coherent, picked a nice young cuty, 600bht bar fine, 1500bht ST fee, I should have read the reports on super baby go go before I went, as I was disappointed with the CBJ, performance was blah, after all the no's to my request I just said please go, no to kissing, no to licking my ear, no to kissing my neck, no to me even seeing her poon, no to me touching anything, only thing she would do was CG position, needless to say I didn't finish nor did I tip,
Just to continue the never-ending BR debate...me being a pro-BR guy; for the 2100 baht price of one Super Baby dud you could have gotten 4 or 5 BR girls who would have given you a stellar performance.
At last we might be rid of the obnoxious tent market festivals along Beach Road if this group of free market Thai capitalists has anything to say about it.
They say its ruining the beach atmosphere for foreign tourists.
I'll second that.

That's too easy a solution!

I know I live here and the Thai owner Pratip is my friend. Don't expect GFE girls are mercenary. Most do 3 bar fine ST's/per night but, they got some of the cutest ones working there!

Condo maintenance fees are ridiculously low and no property tax yet!

The difference is the lot at the end of Soi Buakhao is privately owned and when they use it as a market on Tuesday and Friday like all the other open markets throughout Pattaya each vendor has to pay a fee for that day.
When they first started on Beach Rd. the idea was to bring the tourist back after the Red shirt ordeal. Just like having free concerts, fireworks display etc. the Mayor of the City decided to provide free tents all along Beach Rd. for Free! one particular weekend so that the local vendors who were hurt by Red shirts and the drop in Tourist could sell their wares at a discounted price since they didn't have to pay for the Tent and space. The locals felt it was so successful so they continue and continue and yes! the traffic just sucks on the corner of Beach Road and Pattaya Klang, also in front of Royal Garden and the girls head to the otherside of the street.
There is a popular saying that " That the Government can't run anything " and this is very true when it comes to Pattaya. The most effective policy they have is stopping motorbikes throughout the City checking for all kinds of B.S. to supplement their meager income. The second is constantly ripping up Sukhumvit road Medium and planting flower for the Tourist to see over and over again. They just can't figure out where they want a signal light or Intersection? Just look at their Firework display one weekend. People came from Bangkok for the weekend and traffic was backed up pass North Pattaya down to Banglamung. The traffic on Sukhumvit / Pattaya Klang / Siam Country Club Road intersection was at a stand still and the cops in their huts didn't know what to do nor would they come out of their A/C huts. It was funny at the same time the wild wild west!
In the end... Beach Rd, is for the Tourist and they don't care about us Mongers! It's fake T-shirts first!

Last night in Pattaya
Yesterday had four rounds with two different gals in Pattaya. Found this one outside a 7/11 in South Pattaya. 22 years old and huge tits. Pictures are a bit grainy and taken with my pretty dated cell phone. Anyway you get the idea. Was a tiger in the sack and had two rounds for 700 baht.
Damn I hate Pattaya.

Huge tits?
Popper,
Glad she made you happy, but....
If you call those large, then what do you call these?
BTW They came at B150 a piece in "low quality" (thanks for the quote Opebo!) Isaan

Actually I suspect that the new Beach Road market for useless junk for useless people has been instigated precisely to get rid of the Beach Road working girls. They tried for years to get rid of them by police operations, and though they had some success, it was very expensive and required too much hard work. As it turns out all they had to do was let in the horrors of capitalism and the scene is destroyed effortlessly.

I would hate to dissuade any one from posting pictures of girls, but the ones you posted are unviewable. Three come thru as completely black, others so dark I could not tell what they were supposed to be.
Glad you had fun and press on.
Thanks,
