Billboard has instructed their girls to demand 4,000 baht for ST instead of the standard 3,000. , some girls will accept 3,000 but others are sticking to the 4 K.
When you visit the bars often you know which girls to barfine.
So this one is pretty good. I had to be in that area every day for a couple of weeks, with work in the morning and late afternoon which left me a neat little slot post lunch for playing. Added their line, they sent the actual line up. I think the girls start coming in about 3 pm or so, so earlier slots don't have as much choice. They have 3 types of rooms, shower, bath and jaccuzi. I was in Soi Cowboy under a month ago.
Yes, Crazy Horse is still crazy as, and not my popular choice, tho I did find Baccara to still be OK but as not as good as in the past.
And yes there are scammy bars to avoid, with any of the bars where the girls outside, and inside, are wearing pantyhose, like Spice Girls, should be totally avoided as the prices you will get quoted are outrageous with LD's at 300 baht, and doubles served.
However, that is a long way from the whole Soi being a total ripoff as you declare.
Tilac is still as good as it always has been, and the little single frontage gogos, Jungle Jims, Moonshine, others, and my alltime favorite AfterSkool, are still as straight laced non-scammy as ever.
AfterSkool still has cheap drinks, both customers and LD's, plus the naughty corner BBBJ's can still be had at 1000 baht per girl, for one or two girls, and the night I was in there many of the girls were solid 6-7 lookers, and I find them to be great fun times, straight shooting, no games to be with. Plus their blowjob performances clearly outranked many of the blowjob bars around Sukhumvit.
Haven't been to Thailand in years and hoping to correct that later this year.
Is it worth going in September? I know it's supposed to be 'rainy season' but is it a downer and not worth going? That's the best window for me going at this point.
