The most notable examples of Repubs coasting on the outgoing Dem's remarkably positive trajectories and then Crashing the economy soon after getting their way over the same 50 years were Reagan, Bush2 and Trump.

The only Repub during that 50 year timeline who could not coast on the outgoing Dem's positive trajectory for a while and unfairly and undeservedly apply those results to his overall score was Bush1. And that's because he didn't take over from a Dem! Consequently, without even that going for him, Bush1's overall scores are near the bottom and among the worst of all time.

If you voted Republican because you fear "socialism" or if you constantly call Democrats "socialists", it is time to [B]put up or shut up[/B].

Don't accept Social Security.

Don't accept Medicare.

Don't accept Medicaid.

If you are on these programs currently, send back your Social Security checks and cancel Medicare / Medicaid.

If you are one of the few that have gotten vaccinated, write a large check to your local government to pay for the cost of the vaccine and the cost to administer it.

If you have kids that go to public school, disenroll them immediately and start writing checks to a private school.

Avoid all public beaches, parks, recreational areas, libraries, etc since these are all "socialist" programs paid with somebody else's money.

Be sure to write a check to reimburse the government for minimum wage, maximum hour and child labor law enforcement.

Also write a check to pay for farm and energy subsidies.

Drive only on toll roads.

Do not call 911 or use other public services unless you plan to pay for them for services rendered.

If you don't do these, and other things, you are a hypocrite. Just like the former guy. Just like every Republican politician who voted against the infrastructure bill but went home and told their constituents how they "brought home the bacon".
