I'm a three time veteran of Cartagena and headed back down in two weeks for my first run of 2013. My last trip was the end of December 2012 and was disappointed that one of my favorite places to go called Club Isis was closed. They were moving to a new location inside the walled city and I was told they were scheduled to open in early 2013.

Does anyone know if Isis is open again and if so, has anyone been there who could provide some info on it?

Conversely, I stay in the San Diego area of the walled city and was looking for more places like Isis or Tu Candela that are inside the walled city to find sexy pros. Any info would be greatly appreciated!

Most of the girls I have been with have come from LDV or inside the clock tower. In my three times to CTG I have yet to make it to Elektra as it's obviously open later and despite being a young guy, I'm too tired (read: horny) to wait up that late and I've already settled for a girl. However this upcoming trip I'm surely going to check it out and see what it's all about.

That said, if anyone is around March 14-18 and wants to possibly meet up for a beer and talk shop let me know. Additionally if anyone has a stable of girls they want to party with I have an amazing place that is HUGE which I can host a party and / or a super awesome orgy / gangbang at.

Lets say I wanted to go to CTG for ten days. What would be a good amount of money to plan on spending after airfare? Condo rental, food, drinks and dancing every night and maybe a chica per day?

For me it's 600k pesos / day PLUS accommodation costs. I am sure lots of the people on this board will say this is way too much, but this number is based on actual amounts spend on at least 10 visits over the years, plus a prolonged period of a year that I was living there. When the exchange rate was better it used to be much less, of course.

It's based on partaking in the daytime at the beach, nighttime activity at Tu Candela or LDV etc, followed by Elektra. I know you can do it for a lot less, but when I'm vacationing I don't feel like working hard at saving $$$$.

CTG is expensive.

My recent trip to Sosua cost me $2000 total for 9 days including airfare, lodging, and about $100 per day play money. Even at only $100 a day, I was still holding back on some days and splurging on others. Buying art, beach trinkets-shit like that.

How long are you in CTG for at that budget? From my earlier research a decent condo can be rented at about $75 a night. Is that still true?

Co[/QUOTE]I was in the new location about 2 months ago. The way I used to remember it was an upscale 'girl-bar-club' clean, nice, and upscale women with some non-hunting tourists mingling in and nice hard loud club music.

I'm sorry to say that the new location is nothing like the old, so bad I didn't even stay for one beer ($10). Looked like a very small bar with a dozen or so tables around the walls and a pole in the middle with one girl dancing, the rest of the girls were 'working' the tables. Also looked like mostly colombian tourists in the place, I asked the door guy what kind of music they were playing and he said crossover / mix, it sucked. Sorry for the negative report, but thats how I saw it.

Thanks[/QUOTE]Agree with Artful and Black Page. 400-600 is a good estimate. It is hard to stick to only one girl a day. I say CTG is minimum "two girls a day" kind of city. :-D. What else is there to do?

Be very very careful, there is high grade stuff that is potent on its own and then there is low grade stuff that has been laced with all kinds of nasty shit to enhance it. I love to indulge back home but when I am in Colombia I won't touch the stuff with a ten foot pole after what some of my Colombian friends have told me.

Helps if you can tell good stuff from bad stuff, especially if it is not pre packaged. I have personally sourced it many times in MDE and never had any issues. In CTG, I had the girls get my supplies and there were never any issues either. Moderation is also key.

PM me on where to get excellent supplies reliably and safely in MDE (I know this is the wrong thread but posters and readers are the same)
