I know I have not been a regular poster but I have to admit my frustration with most of these 'reports'.

Nobody ever gives enough details for anyone else to find these places. I happen to live in SR and enjoy a regular HJ with my oil massage. I arrived this morning from PP with VIP shuttle service. When we arrived at their office a tuk tuk driver solicited me and told me that he would take me to my hotel for free if I would hire him the next day. I told him no but made a deal to pay him $2 to take me to the hotel. He made a you-turn and headed for the temple. It was dark when I left out of the temple grounds. I told the driver that I wanted to stop at KFC then set out to find some women. I told him I wanted to check out Top Town first to see how it was but I most likely would not take anyone. Next I wanted to go wherever there were women available. When we got back to the hotel I gave him $15.

The driver told me that prostitution is illegal here but the person who owns Top Town is one of the top police officers and is well connected. That is how he is able to skirt the law.
