Well fellow mongers by this time we all agree that the pros in fortaleza are not as beatiful as other cities.

The biggest proof of that is that the majority of girls pf the high end casas:
clube do whisky and casa de beth are imported from other states sucha as rio, goias, rio grande do sul, etc..

There is a prive that has not been mentioned on the forum, it's called prive belissima and it's located in rua vicente leite,2020.

It's a good place, they always have 15-20 girls a lot of them good looking.

Just curious to hear whether it is picking up in Fortaleza by now, or whether we have to wait until closer to Christmas?

Is there anybody in Fortaleza right now that could give us an update?

I am coming to fortaleza just before christmas, and was wondering whether it would make sence to take a couple of days in Canoa Quebrada?

Go to Canoa. Try to stay over a weekend. It´s a mission impossible going there without getting laid.

I just came back from Canoa and it was my third time. I have there some friends and they told me that if they see foreigners with to young girls you can have big problems with the residents there.

Besides this it is not one monger destination. If you just go there with a "girlfriend" from Fortaleza you will have no problems with the pousada's.

La Dolce Vita is nice and payable. Outside the season $R 85,- per night.

There are some GPs there. Propably hard for them to work in Canoa, as there are so many non-pro´s offering p***y for free. On weekends there are girls from all around, Aracati, Fortaleza, Mossoró etc going there for party and picking up a gringo.

Just about any gringo will get laid there. It doesn´t matter if he looks like Whoopy Goldbergs twin brother, are 70 years old, 130 kg, onelegged or have no knowledge of Portuguese. If you miss to get laid for free in Canoa on a weekend I think you should think of retiring from monger hobbying.

I spend many times my holidays in Asia, arround Thailand, Cambodia, Malaysia and more. And now I start my first Trip to Brasil (Fortaleza).

I read many reports on web and I'am thinking have a lot of fun in Fortaleza;.) and found many important Information.

I have only one to this Forum. I have a Flat by a privat Owner, it is on Rua Jose Lino/Fortaleza. Varjota, the owner talk to me is 3KM to the Beach (What Beach? ) and 6KM to the Nightlive (Incarema? ).

I drive in Asia with a small Motorbike, can you rent this also in Fortaleza? . Or it is better drive everyday by Taxi to the Beach or Nightlive? I don't will rent a Car /when I get drunk;.).

I believe the beach he is referring to is Praia de Futuro. The nightlife he is talking about is Praia Iracema.

Why should you need to rent a car/motorbike. Use a taxi to get where you want to, it is not going to be more expensive than renting a car anyway. Anyway, you are probably going to drink when you are going out anyway :-)

I have been to Fortaleza about 6 times, always with my GF so never have been looking for anything.
We arrived one night at about 3am and got to the hotel about 4am and we were hungry so went out to one of the street hotdog guys (right in the night spot area in Praia Iracema). We sat there and my GF talked to the 12-14 year old girls sitting there. They were looking for action but had not found any yet. This was very sad to me that they were so young and out there let alone at 4am.
Anyone thinking of going there for young girls, the Favelas are about 2 blocks away and will spot you taking a young girls and you are probably a target from then on, let alone the police seeing you and putting you in jail.

As Fortaleza has some problems with sextourism the Police occasionally check ID on gringos.

I asked Polícia Civil in Iracema yesterday if a copy of a passport autenticada in a Cartório is sufficient. The answer was, yes, it´s sufficient if you are checked by Polícia Civil or Polícia Militar.

If you would be checked by Polícia Federal only your passport will serve. No copies will do. If they are in a good mood they might follow you to your hotel to see your passport (and maybe some cash). If you don´t carry your passport they have the right to give you a multa/fine of R$ 800.

The Polícia Civil said I shouldn´t worry as it´s not very often Polícia Federal do these checks.

I am curious about how enforceable is to pay those R$800 - will that be entered into a central database that can be checked when you either leave or come back to the country? I doubt it.

I was at the Praia do Futuro in October and was controlled by the police. (don't know what kind of police it was).

They took me and a californian guy and a portuguese (he had no ID). We both had not autzorized copies of our passports.

This was not enough.

After we were in some police-stations and at the immigration-office at the airport, until they took us into our hotels to search for our passports.

The we got a stamp into the passport.

So, when we want to leave at the airport, they see that I did not pay.

I have to pay at the banco do brasil and present the paper to the officer at the airport, then I can leave the country.

That simple.

A stamp into your passport for a fine?

It’s the first time I’ve heard that, I think the only stamps that can legally go into your passport are immigration’s when you enter or leave a country, or some visas.

What did the stamp say?

It says: Autuado

Art125, 4some numbers.

Auto de infracao No.

Multa nao recolhida(fine not paid).

When they saw the receipt of my payment, they wrote (at the airport immigration when I left the country) by hand, that I have paid the fine.

Doing an investigation end exploring, I can honestly say that fortaleza does have a good mongering scene is just that you have to know your way around.

There are a lot of casas in this great city is just this is not Rio or Sao Paulo where the P4P market is more in your face.
