As mentioned below I find Kamilla Dee has the warmest athmosphere and the best selection of beautiful girls. Unlike most of the studios you can see full profile pictures of the girls on their website. If your new to the scene I would recommend starting here. They also offer escort service in case you do not want to leave the hotel.

As for escort agencies Klein und Zierlich have a good reputation but they are closed for the moment. Not sure for how long. Just wanted to add that at KD you don't pay extra for kissing, its included if the girl likes to kiss and the chemistry is there. I don't like places that charge extra for kissing. Its one of the most stupid extra services in my opinion. It reminds me off that beef restaurant right by Potsdamer Platz where you have to pay extra is you want sauce with your steak! Kissing is something that happens in the heat of the moment. Its a high end studio not frikkin chamber in the RLD. If you really compare apples with apples (or perhaps mellons with mellons), meaning same times with same extras, those prices you mentioned are actually very similar or even identical to those in Berlin, at least in certain venues. So not sure what you're saying.

But really, does it matter? Things are what they are, markets clear at the prices mongers pay, and it is all within 10-20 Eur, or less depending upon the place. You have to factor in the hassles of getting to NRW, local unemployment, sheer number of girls working relative to the demand, and and and and and lots of things. But as whatever arguments you might make won't change a thing, so you might as well lie back and enjoy. All RB can say on the subject.
