You are correct that the areas around German FKKs and RLDs are quite safe, but so is Germany as a whole. Another thing I can think of is that Romania is the only country in that area of Europe where prostitution is currently illegal ([URL]http://prostitution.procon.org/view.resource.php?resourceID=000772[/URL], not quite up to date). It is obvious that the pressure and willingness to engage in prostitution increase with economic hardship. And since Romanian girls cannot safely rent themselves at home, they are motivated to go do it abroad, in the relatively safe West European brothels, where they can also make more money, improve their language skills, and more easily conceal how they earn their living from relatives and friends (at least from the clueless ones who don't read ISG).
