Both from first-hand and second hand experiences.

First-hand experience. I signed my current indo-gf on a similar arrangement. But she lives out. So its even better. She rents an inexpensive small studio apt, I get to see her when I want, and she is always delighted when I cum. Figuratively and literally. And I can still go find other girls when I don't visit her. This would be my advice. Get the best of both worlds (albeit more costly because you would have to pay for her live out accomodation). Still definitely worth it in my book.

Second-hand experience I hear from some filipina and indo girls I know. Many have bfs who support them. Most live with their bfs. One indo girl was very clingy, she was an ex-gf of mine so she tells me, so I get it from the female perspective. The girls are generally okay, but you should make sure not to bring other girls home. Two hens in one house is not a good situation no matter how your live-in hen tells you initially. At the end of that situation, it turned pretty ugly. So word of caution. Also in the past news of HK, you hear stories of expats doing the same, live-in with their DH gfs. And then later getting in legal trouble when the relationship turns sour. In short, pay for your gf to live out in an inexpensive place. Well worth the investment in the long run.

As Tiger said, things have changed so you have to be careful. And as Gratasse said, EVERYONE gets jealous; it is human nature. I think the negative consequences are less with an Asian girl than with a Western girl.

But the experience, for however long it lasts, might be worth it.

Nothing is forever. Many before you have done it with their DH / Secretary / Office help. The world is really a small place and, unbeknownst to certain parties, I have bumped into people who had such arrangements and I just happen to bump into the live-in and the fling (while the live-in goes back to visit family). So I am going to go out on a limb and take a stab at this.

Have rules written down so that you can show it to immigration as part of her contract and be grounds for dismissal should it come to that.

She lives in so you have more control and can monitor her. Even if you are on the road all the time, your neighbors and other helpers will gossip and happily tell you the truth. Tell her you will call on the house phone to verify.

Have a late curfew on her day off to allow her to "go to late mass" but she has to return home every day. No exception.

Set up a helper accommodation in the apartment as a mad / monthly room and also to make it more legitimate. The other stuff you cannot put in the contract.

Be a hard ass as you can always loosen up later.

If she has less than a year on her contract, have her finish it. Not good for her to break her contract as it reflects badly on her. Also, it will give you time to think things over.

My opinion is that many of girls are very pragmatic, have strong family values, and want to help their family. They will thus take a lot of abuse from you and accept such arrangements. On the upside, many guys do fall for these girls and the girls turn over a new leaf and become great long term girl friends or wives. It is also a great way to learn about another culture if you are open to it. Even if she rips you off, it will usually be less than a western girl friend / wife will get.

As the saying goes, nothing ventured nothing gained.

About 1/2 km north is what you are looking for. Think Jakethelad's out call massage sounds like the best deal and much nicer. I usually check out the ladies and ask them if they can come to my hotel (I like my Egyptian cotton sheets).3 stops north on the MTR is Dundas. RTFF.

As far as F / S though, just ask any woman in the lobby or walking by the hotel if she'd like to participate. Actually, no need to wait that long though, you could even start by asking those you see while processing through customs, anywhere else in the airport (I've scored tons of hot freebies while waiting at the baggage claim area, mainly daughters with their families - they're obviously unattached!) or in the train on the way into town. Be very descriptive about the size and color of your package and what you intend to do to her various holes with it and most will say yes. Don't spare any details and be sure to highlight any special skills you may have. The oldest women you'll see are generally the quickest to say yes, but you'll have to speak very loudly and slowly for them to hear you and understand what you mean. You may catch a few odd looks from those overhearing your proposal, but don't worry about that, the locals are merely intrigued to see a foreigner among them, a rarity to be sure. Hold up your middle finger to them, smile broadly and nod your head up and down ... it's the Hong Kong way of saying 'hello, I'm happy to meet you, I come in peace and I hope we can be friends". Just don't be shy, give it a try, and before you know it you'll be balls deep in the hottest 'Golden Girl' you've ever seen!

If you let her live out you are breakiung the law and are at least vulnerable to blackmail (unless you have a written permission from immigration). If she does part time work in places other than the one she is employed for and lives in, that is illegal employment with severe consequences when the sh*t hits the fan.

Unless the employer can prove to immigration that there is no sleeping space for the D / H.

Live out D / H (mainly Filipina) was very popular in the late 1990's and early 2000's. Government tightened up the rules re live out. Although they seem to have been loosened again in the last 2 years.

Definitely right about part time work at other places. Many girls are caught out this way. Less chance if they work as hookers. As strange as it may seem
