I would suggest ten days or two weeks minimum. But that's just me. What you're planning can be done and you'd definitely have fun, but I'd want more than five or six days to look around and play if I were going to travel that far, especially if it were my first time there. And I would skip Tijuana, regardless.

I spent 5 days and this is my takeaway.

Day 1 - just got off a 10+ hour flight from Australia. Whilst on the way to the hotel, being stuck in traffic, what does one do? I got on ThaiFriendly (aka Tinder and I opted for the paid version as I wanted to 'maximise' my chances in BKK.) Alas, I connected with a freelance (I'm deliberately spelling this out / repeating what others may have said for the benefit of our newbie punters so they don't have to look everything up like I did. I got her a Grab (a. K. a Uber elsewhere) and got her to the hotel I was staying. Most communication was done via WhatsApp. I didn't feel comfortable discussing prices and details etc on TF as I not sure of their policy. Once I connected with the girl, I would try and pivot the conversation on either WhatsApp or LINE. Damage was $5 k for ST (short time, so. 1-2 hours). Feeling tired from my flight, I called it a night.

Side note, I note that a previous punter said that his TF was inundated with messages / offers. He must be much better looking than I as I didn't have such experience. I had to actively seek and initiate conversation with the girls which I don't mind. Also, I did find that ladyboys tend to be quite upfront and would note their orientation in their profile which (no judgment) I am thankful for. I like to know what I am ordering.

Day 2 - Visiting Nana Plaza was high up on my Wishlist so I made an effort to be there just after 7 pm when they opened. As I was walking towards NP, I saw some very attractive girls converging very quickly towards NP. I guessed that they are rushing not to be late for work.

When I got there (armed with the knowledge of my predecessors) I decided to start at the top floor and work my way down. First stop was Billboard. This place is definitely seen to be believed. They had a bathtub and inside, the ladies were topless. Which I found particularly helpful as I am a fan of natural. Then in the other side of the room was a carrousel where the girls would be on display and slowly spun around offering you a comprehensive view both front and back. After a few songs, the girls would rotate off / on stage etc. So I took my time just trying to take everything in. I think BB has the best setup of all the gogo bars I visited (thought I only visited 3) simply for the fact of the carousel setup offering punters a 360 view. In the other gogo bars, whist very nice, your view of the selection of the ladies are more restricted (more on that later). Despite the abundance of choices, I decided to keep my powder dry a visited Butterfly (just opposite BB). Butterfly and BB must be the same owner / management, they set up are remarkably similar except the latter didn't have the carousel which I now grow to appreciate its value. In both of these places, I found there is a large proportion of ladies with big tattoos (beauty is in the eye of the beholder and tattoos are just not my thing).

Again, decided to move to the next one, Rainbow 4. This place felt more crowded than the previous two as the room was long and skinny. The stage is one long catwalk. In all these places, the girls would take turns being on stage. However once they are on stage, they tend to just stay in one spot, they don'ts spin around so you see their front and back nor do they move around. Meaning you will see the same small group of girls for the entire duration that they are on stage.

Later I found out that you can tell the staff you want to have a walk around to get a different perspective. However, being a newbie myself on the gogo bar scene, I just sat quietly where I was told. In all 3 gogo bars the ladies wore bikinis on stage.

I did finally spot a girl of my type. I told the mamasan her number and she came down next to me for a lady drink. I don't remember exactly how much these drinks were but it wasn't enough to leave an impression on me. The mamasan also wanted a drink too so I said why not. This girl knowledge of English was a good, an important factor for me as communicating through google while doing the good deed is a mood killer for me.

We discussed LT (long time) which is basically 6 hours for $8 k + $1 k bar fine. So off we went. We got on so well that I asked her to stay the night, she wanted another $4 k and I said ok. (Yes, I can feel the wrath of the more seasoned punters) however I'm only here for a short time I want to make it as good as possible. My thinking was rather than negotiating over a $1 k here or there, give it to her, hopefully it makes a good impression and in turn leads to a better service.

Side note. Asking her to sleep over was a mistake though. I value and need my sleep and I didn't sleep well nor did she. She wasn't overly affectionate afterwards the deed was done, more like a roommate than a GF. So lesson learnt, LT is good for me as it allows me the right amount of time to get to know them better and not be in a rush. If you take a girl from NP, the time to find a hotel is counted in your session. Basically time starts when she sits down inside the club agreeing on $ with you.

Day 3 - rest day.

Day 4 - I wanted to try some of the soapy massages places. I have had them in my prior visits to BKK. I narrowed down to Poseidon and Aya. However all I could find was mixed reviews about older ladies etc so I decided to give them a miss and decided to go on TF again.

After some back and forth, I connected with a lady and I invited her to lunch first. (After my first experience, whist I won't go as far as to say I was catfished, let's just say the photos are heavily photoshopped and / or outdated.) Just to make sure she is my type. I offered to compensate her for her time to have lunch but she declined which was a positive in my books. After lunch I propositioned that we go back to my room which she agreed. $5 k for LT.

As my time in Bangkok was quickly draining to an end and I was running out of time to go through my Wishlist, I decided to head to Therme later that night to see for myself.

The place is underground. If it wasn't for the photos of others, I would have had a hard time finding this place. This place is run by papasans. Once through the door, you are directed to go buy a drink which I obliged. I arrived about 8. 30 to 9 pm. The girls are all just 'standing around'. The girls were dressed like in smart casual not particularly revealing or sexy like at NP. So it was a bit hard for me to form a conclusion if she is my type or not. With my drink in hand, I did a lap around and settled in an empty spot with the rest of the horny men (myself included). Again, I'll felt stupid if I did another loop and not talk to anyone (I know, it's just in my head) so I just walked to a different section of the 'middle bench' to get a different perspective. What I found interesting and fascinating was the lack of conversation between the men and the women. Like both parties know why they are there but the reluctance remains to stay in ones perceived comfort zone. I was like that too until I caught myself and decided to walk over and talk to a quiet looking cute girl otherwise I would regret it coming all this way just to 'stand' there also. I asked if she understood English. She said little. I offered to buy her a drink and she ordered a soft drink and some popcorn. She barely took a sip or a bite but I felt a bit rushed as she kept asking if I'm going to choose her. I ignored the first time she said it and tried to have a conversation with her then she brought it up again. Let's be very clear, the room setup (it is what it is) felt more like a high school dance with the awkwardness and everything. This time I said yes I want to choose you, how much for LT? $8 k. Done. Off we went back to my room.

Afterwards on each occasions with the ladies, I always offered a Grab to take the girls to 'home'. Most said yes and appreciated the small gesture.

Day 5 - I thought about going back to NP or Soi Cowboy but in the end, decided to contact the girl I had met on Day 2 from Rainbow 4. I asked if she want to have dinner. Luckily she didn't have to work and said yes. I proposed us have dinne and another $8 k for LT. Had a great time and laugh. She chose a French restaurant and judging by her demeanour I would say she didn't have had French before, in a funny way, not snobbish way. She was impressed by the delicacy of the dishes.

The restaurant had just opened and don't have a credit card machine set up, the only way to pay is to scan the QR code which I'm told only local people can do or pay cash. Dinner was $4 k and she offered to pay for dinner first (at this point in time, I haven't paid her anything yet). I was touched by her gesture that when it came time to say our goodbyes, I gave here $2 k extra tip (total $10 k) in the end because I had a good time and found her to be nice and genuine.

Said goodbye, wish her safe travel home and went to bed as I had an early flight the next day. Left BKK very happy with my adventures.

In all the occasions I decided to bring the girls back to my hotel room. I don't feel comfortable in a ST hotel. I took the advice of other punters and just put everything valuable in the safe that is provided in the room, keep outside only what you are going to pay her. Keep the room declutter. I stayed at the JW Marriot and the staff were great. We offered her ID to the concierge once but they declined.

But I can't agree that her answers "confirm" anything rather than simply "repeat" much that is written on this board.

For example, she dismisses the idea that STDs or STIs are an issue for her or her fellow Sex Workers / Go Go Girls in Thailand and such little concern for the local industry that they no longer conduct free monthly testing for them in the bar areas.

And that comes as she also admits her co-workers will on occasion have sex without a condom for an extra tip or whatever even though she doesn't. Uh. Ok. I wouldn't expect her to admit she does that on a video destined for YouTube where her friends, family, any repeat customers or sponsors who would be riled up to hear she is barebacking with anyone but them as well as her supposedly former Male Hooker and now current boyfriend would surely recognize her despite the blurred face disguise.

While I might want to take that bit regarding little or no worries about STDs and STIs in the business today as "confirmation" of my observation and experiences in the hobby, it falls in stark contrast to what others have written here and must certainly fail to "confirm" their observation and experiences.

The same with her side comment that "prostitution is illegal in Thailand". Does her saying so "confirm" anything? In my observation, only that she has never read The Thai Penal Code or The Prostitution Prevention and Suppression Act that have been probed, examined, parsed and discussed here. And if she did even she could not find a sentence or passage that specifically outlaws the simple exchange of sex for money between consenting adults, as apparently neither has any law enforcement agency nor court of law in Thailand.

However, again, some here would take her side comment as "confirmation" of what they or others have written while I would just take it as a Thai Sex Worker merely repeating what her friends and family have ever said about it and falsely conclude about it when people are arrested only for the usual tangential prostitution-related behaviors that are clearly described and cited in The Code and The Act but never for prostitution between consenting adults itself.

Latinas there tend to be short and thick and between 25-40 years old, though you can find the occasional spinner and once in a blue moon you can find a very slim 18-20 year-old as well. These sessions are generally fairly mechanical and are priced in 30-minute or maybe 60-minute increments. You will need to be fairly young, good looking, speak Spanish well and have decent game to get a true GFE or PSE experience. Generally, a one-hour CBJ and CFS session will cost between $80-$120 (varies by club, time of day, and her looks / age).

There are massage spas in Tijuana, but again, these will be more mechanical (think "rub and tug") than you might find in SE Asia. And a massage session with FS ending is likely more expensive than taking a bar girl to a room.

I wouldn't today. I had the benefit of direct flights about 12-15 hours or maybe 18-20 hours with connections. But the way the scene is now (and maybe because I am older), I probably wouldn't bother. Having said that, since your baseline is Tijuana, you may actually be amazed and have a great time. Try it once and see. 6 days you can get the flavor, go go, massage, BJ bars, FL etc. Don't decide up front what you will enjoy most. Try them all and decide.

Without getting into too much sp I don't out myself I generally stay away from this topic. I have decades of experience in Thailand often multiple times a year. A one week trip is just too short. You lose two days getting there because of the time difference that you mostly get back on the return but you'll be jetlagged if that bothers you.

Tijuana and Bangkok are apples and orange. Ditto my Tijuana experience. I don't want to out myself. I think I van safely say that a trip to Thailand has a potential to change your outlook on life. A trip to Tijuana will make you appreciate going home.

Sex aside, the culture, the food (not just Thai) and overall vibe are so much more interesting in Thailand that you'll feel like you're wasting flour time in Tijuana.

It can, but most pharmacies on Suhkumvit did not have it last I checked. The one that did have it was a large pharmacy near Nana, on the side closest to Asoke, and same side of the road as Terminal 21. The pharmacy is called South-East Asia pharmacy, or something like that, if I remember correctly.

If I go the 6 day route, I'm counting an additional day to allow for the extreme jet lag. Personally, 2025 will be a transition year for me. Not sure what my mongering future holds, but getting to Thailand is a priority, even if it's a grind to get it done in a week. It just seems like something I can't miss.

It's valuable to me. I've probably logged over 100 nights in Tijuana, so I'm familiar with the game there. And I'm not sure how long it's been since your last visit, but your representation is accurate. (Though $80 in today's environment would be rare. Typically, I'm happy at $100.) And you are right about those massages, which is exactly why BKK is calling me.

You highight another important distinction. In many ways, Latinas and Thai women are opposites, physically. Personally, I'm drawn to Latinas. That's a mild concern to me. Generally speaking, facial beauty is most important to me. And a girl can be too skinny, IMO. But, ai do find Asian women attractive and I'm certain there are more than a few fish out there that I'll find more than acceptable.

That said, I think back (many years ago) to my first visit to HK in Tijuana. Or my first visit to Medellin, or other locales. For whatever reason, I think it's almost impossible to recapture the magic of that first experience. And I'm debating with myself. Does that first BKK visit overcome the beatdown of the trip. It was my first international experience with this hobby and it will always have some weird nostalgia to me. But your point is well received. I'll be honest, Asia in general is very foreign to me. So that is a bit intimidating, yet simulataneously alluring. The food, the language, the customs. All unknowns to me. But I'm adaptable and always uber respectful and aware I'm a guest.
