As I predicted in my previous post
As I predicted in my previous post, new measures have been introduced at the Hungarian borders. However, I was expecting something more sober. The decision in the form it was taken is now widely considered as controversial, incoherent, incompetent and disproportionate (and I've only listed here some of the printable comments), because on the one hand it does not address the indeed alarming data and tendencies on the Covid front properly, while generating serious and unnecessary side effects at the same time. Any deeper analysis of what happened would lead us to the dirty fields of politics, and of course it cannot be reduced to just one reason, but the main clue behind it is yet another xenophobe campaign to drum into the heads that if and when anything is wrong in Hungary, it must come from abroad and caused by foreign actors. But this is happening in a situation when even the government's own experts agree that less then 10% of new Covid cases in the country can be traced back to any foreign source, either directly or indirectly (in fact, all experts agree that the hubs of infection in this new wave have been events where many young people meet, so big summer parties, weddings, sports events, freshman camps etc.)
Visually the big idea was demonstrated in propaganda outlets on a map with the tiny green island of Hungary in the middle of the ocean of dangerous and threatening red countries, indeed a tragicomic picture. (And even if some random and discretionary exceptions have appeared since then about who can still enter the country under certain conditions, it does not make the picture any brighter in my view) However, it seems like a typical "overshoot the mark" situation: the information page of the Consular Services for Hungarian citizens looked like this on September 1st, simply putting all countries of the world on the red list, which has serious legal consequences, with immediate effect, for every single Hungarian citizen who is abroad at this moment (just to mention one: travelers insurances of all Hungarian citizens abroad got invalid by force majeure): https://alfahir.hu/sites/default/files/styles/embed_photo/public/2020-09/konzuljo1.jpg.
Now the impact of all this on tourism and related industries in Budapest is obvious, and we can speak about panic mood in the already seriously wounded hotel industry of the capital without exaggerating; all that their representatives could say in a recent report was "We don't know, let's hope (the new measures) won't last long". And I expect that this situation will maintain and even strengthen the tendencies of the past months in the sex market as well, which, by the way, may not be that bad for locals and for the few foreigners who are still in Budapest (provided that they stay here, because only in my circles I know about two guys who were recalled by their companies for uncertain time this week, who had been living permanently in Hungary before that, including the past six months as well), but of course that will not help out most of the readers in this thread, who are not in, an cannot come to, Budapest. Anyway, that's it for now, and I'll try to continue from here the next time.
Prostitution is legal in Hungary
EL: for so many years Hungary and Budapest are not the good place to monger, but like every where you get some opportunities with half pro, just be aware that many escorts have a kind of pimp or protection, very easy to get cheated also a lot of gypsy girls around obviously they are not bad but don t expect GF experience. Also prostitution is illegal in Hungary so you never know what can happen when you enter a building or a flat (not with the police but with some guys trying to take some advantage on you), better to ask outcall in a good hotel in the center of Budapest but most of the girls will refuse.
Prostitution is legal in Hungary, I am Hungarian, I know. It has been legalized and regulated by the Hungarian government more than 20 years ago. For other things you have said you are partially correct. Budapest can be a bad place for a foreigners to monger. You are correct about getting cheated or being overpriced, that is what some working girls do to foreigners. And you are also correct about large number of gypsies & yes they are notorious for cold attitude / bad service. However, if you approach it in the correct way, if you a ready to learn, invest time & money, you will be greatly rewarded in Budapest by meeting & fucking lots of hidden gems. Budapest is very safe if you act smartly. If you avoid gypsy streetwalkers & gypsy girls in general you will be okay entering any building or flat. There are ways / tricks to find out if the girl is alone in the apartment. Of course, being a local Hungarian, speaking Hungarian & knowing the traps / rules of mongering in Budapest will help / make things easier. You, as a foreigner, can learn those tricks too, buy it take time & lots of effort.
Thanks for sharing Hilvar!
Great breaking news for those who are in Budapest and would like to meet an elite provider in almost* every sense of the word for average Budapest rates, as Linda is surprisingly back in town for a couple of weeks. I'll try and write a few things about her later (the previous posts have taken my time for now), but I can absolutely recommend her: https://beszamolok.com/szexpartner/?lid=229976&l2=VI.+ker%C3%BClet&l1=Budapest&name=Linda.
*The only possible shortcoming about her service is that she only does incall. But of course that's only a problem if you would like something else (outcall, escort, etc), so it won't affect your experience in any way if you're looking exactly for a great incall service.
Looking forward to seeing any additional information you can provide based on your first hand experience as a trusted local.
Next time a bunch of us forum members are in Budapest, we need to take you out for drinks and dinner to thank you for your constant source of good, and complimentary, information that benefits us!
What is legal in Hungary? Pimping?
Prostitution itself is not an indictable offense but other activities connected to it: procuring prostitutes and clients, managing girls, collecting defensive money are considered illegal.
The above is copied from this IMF informal report with some intersting statistics / estimations. The report does not state if their sources are "foreign" or not, as if that would make any difference.

This is a disadvantage of Hungary

Basically, it puts both parties at risk of the penal code. The beauty of this forum is that it allows for direct contact and how to meet escorts without violating the penal code in Hungary.
Anyone here think for even a second that if a pimp gets busted for violating the Hungarian penal code, that as part of a plea bargain, the pimp will maintain privacy? And what a way to ruin a vacation.
A lot of people have put a lot of time into making this forum a place where all of us can interact and share information for free, so that we are not in violation of the law. Lets keep it that way.
Hungary.
Section 205 of the Penal Code makes it illegal to promote prostitution. This includes making places available for prostitution; operating a brothel, persuading another person to engage in prostitution and living on the earnings of a person engaging in prostitution.
Section 207 (1) makes it illegal for any person to solicit another person for sexual intercourse or fornication for any financial gain.
Section 8 of a 1999 Law on Organized Crime empowers municipal authorities to license sex businesses and designate special zones (called tolerance zones) in which the soliciting laws do not apply. Some local authorities have refused to designate such a tolerance zone.
All women who sell sex must be at least eighteen years old.
STI and HIV testing is mandatory. 'Health certificates' must be obtained from the relevant authority by all female sex workers each three months. (Section 9) These can be inspected by police, sex business owners and possibly clients.
Freelance sex workers and sex business must comply with taxation and business rules.
It is not illegal to buy sex.
Good news (relatively) for Serb members
It is possible for Serb citizens to enter Hungary without any restrictions. However, they can enter Hungarian territory only 30 km away from the border & can stay 24 hours only. That in real life means they will go to Szeged to shop for food / Hungarian specialties or will have fun at Sunshine Aquapolis.
http://www.napfenyfurdoaquapolis.com/cs/poetna-strana/, their website is in Serbian too. Of course, there are other possibilities. They can fuck Szeged orginary working girls. If they want & can afford, they can fuck porn stars or elite girls from Budapest too. They need to contact me via private message for complete info. Therefore, I am encouraging Serb members who did not buy subscription to do so. If they subscribe, they will not only support the forum, but will be able to get & send private messages.
