So this is what thinking with the brain could involve. Paying the money in a staggered manner thus making sure she does not back out mid-way. This is how he can do it.

He tells her that he will support her with the 40 K tuition amount. She has to apply for a loan for that 40 K and he commits to pay her every month, the amount for the EMIs on it. That way, he will be paying a little more (with the interest component), but it has two advantages. He does not have to shell out the 40 K in one go and if she backs out he stops the payment.

It works for him, it secures his position, fulfils his pussy needs and it works for her too. Who knows, if this long term thing works out well, they might end up becoming fuck buddies and both have a great time.
